Won't be visiting this location again! Went in and got a Teller named Tara. I wanted to deposit a check into my account. The check was from a Canadian bank, should be no issue, I deposit Canadian checks all the time at different branches, 2 in the last month! It's just a regular check deposit, supposed to go into my account, overnight it does the exchange rate, no biggie! Well Tara looked dumbfounded, didn't know what to do, then supposedly spoke with the Branch Manager who told her it could not be deposited. Are you serious? It's from a bank! Took it to the Branch on 1960 in Atascocita right after and they just deposited it, funds in my account the next day! I guess this branch has no clue how to handle foreign currency. Will not be back!
