I was visiting from Arkansas needed to send my grandson his 9th birthday cards to be delivered to California. I made sure to stop by and drop 2 cards one from my parents which is their great grandson and mine. To be delivered by the 26th of September I went in personally and spoke to the 2 ladies checked postage..and specifically asked since it was the 19 would it be delivered by the 26th to California” yes it takes 2 to 3 days” I was absolutely happy since I had postponed sending them from my small town in arkansas. Cards were never delivered one had $100 from his great grandparents and the other 50 from me. Both cards went missing! I filed a complaint spoke to Brandy the post master RUDE informed me I should never send money, I can’t prove it was her office. I insisted if 3k correspondence is received daily and sent to the hub two cards go to much of a coincidence.. I asked for my complaint to be sent to the hub for an investigation she said it stops w her the hub does not take complaints. My family receives constant cards from out of state to California address never a problem I mail it from this post office and it goes missing. I know I should have not send money I have never had a problem before.. my grandson was going to the mailbox twice a day excited to receive his cards.. from his great grand parents and grandma & grandpa to have thieves working in our postal system and rob a child of their joy, excitement and his bday celebration! Absolutely devastated for my grandson and Brandy the post master Rude, no compassion, not sensitive to this issue, she actually disconnected the call! She has no place being a Post Master non Customer Service Skills or Ethics!

This post office has always been absolutely amazing. This last was visit was exceptional, and the staff was super nice and super helpful for my package that wasn’t able to be delivered. I submitted an online inquiry. Less than two hours Patricia reached out to me and let me know that my package was at the office and I was able to pick it up and they were super helpful. They had my package waiting for me. I spent less than 4 minutes at the office. I am so grateful for the post office in their staff. They really help me out and they have a great team. Patricia especially!!!!

By far the best post office (govt-ran office) experience I’ve ever had! I came in to get a passport application processed where Tierra assisted me. She was super friendly and made the process very smooth and efficient! This location we be at the top of my list when I need to take care of anything else!

Post master Brandi Kelley was very rude and pretty much refused to help me by trying to send me somewhere else. I called corporate and they said she was wrong and the post office policy said I could do that particular transaction at any post office location in the USA. Bad experience here and my neighbors of this small town said she is always rude to them also

The absolute MOST PLEASANT US Post Office experience I've ever had. I actually left happier than when I arrived, and I got out quicker than expected too! Nailed it.

What happened to not reminding people of mailbox payments, renewal. I mean holiday time of the year. It is just B.S..why work in public dealing with the public. When your attitude is awful. If you don't like dealing with the public..get a different job. I am suprised this post office has stayed here this long..there needs to be 100% change.

My mom ordered something for my son and it was never delivered. After my mom called some people, we found that the post office "attempted" to deliver the package to my house on December 5th. They claim they left a notice. There was no notice left at all and we still have yet to receive the package. Went in the post office this morning and stood in line for over 45 minutes to not be helped by a single person. They had one line and 2 people helping. One lady was helping with only passports and one guy was helping with only mail and the guy was calling from the back of the line. Didn't help when people kept showing up and I was the 2nd person in line when I left because I had to go to work. They have a horrible system set up and they are SLOW!

Huffman Post Office is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They should put me on the payroll considering I have to take all of the wrong mail out of my box and take it to the surrounding neighbors that it actually belongs to. God forbid you get a package in the mail.

Had an appointment at 9am for passport, noone showed up to deal with us. They sent us over the usps kingwood location and kingwood location refused to work on us until afternoon time. Really bad experience and irresponsible workers. We lost a day of work for nothing even though we had appointments.

TYPICAL GOVERNMENT AGENCYThis review is for USPS management as the postal employee working the front counter was responsive and friendly!!!I utilized the government website and per their criteria, I selected a post office that had passport photograph services. That post office was located in Huffman.Well that was not the case. Upon arrival, I had the printed computer generated application, and a copy of my driver's license. After handing over the documents, the postal employee indicated their camera has been "down for over a year." The employee directed me to the Walgreens in Atascocita for a passport photograph. And it seems like Walgreens acts like the federal government because their camera was broke.So, I drove to the CVS down the street, obtained my passport photograph and returned to the post office in Huffman. A process that should have taken less than fifteen minutes turned into a 45 minute adventure.If you are going to this location take your passport photograph. And more importantly can the postal employees modify their web site to indicate photograph services are not available. Come on.... you can do better than that!

This post office has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, everyone that works there except for one person are rude. And the girl that delivers the mail never puts my packages in my mailbox and makes it so difficult for me to pick them up. Wouldn’t let me pick up a package my brother sent me even though he lives an hour away from me.
