I have had to rent a 10 x 10 for my company storage at a "storage hotel." There was a rash of break-ins that empty many storage units throughout the city of Houston, including my facility. Fairlake doesn't have this problem, because of their out of the way location and extensive security measures theyve implemented. They have unique password controlled keypad entry, numerous security cameras, and on-site management.

Yesterday, I needed to reserve a open air spot for an RV. As it turned out, I was able to place it on somebody else's land at no charge, Although Ryker could have easily charged me administrative fees and the deposit, he secided to give all of it back, save 1 day's rent. Mind you, I offered up the entire half deposit as a PITA payment (Pain in the A--)" that I clearly was for canceling! He could have easily taken the deposit and walked away. He took the high road instead, and returned 90% of my money, and waived the admin fee. He also gave me a veteran's discount originally, which has was quite generous at 10%. Bottom line: Fairlake is secure, affordable, and exceeds all customer expectations. Ryker cares about pleasing his customers ahead of quick profits. It's not off in that you have this kind of customer experience. Fiarlake will have my storage business next time and forever because they earn it with actions and deeds!”
