“UPDATE --- Offer has been honored?A few days ago, I opened up the mobile app and it stated I qualified to have my vehicle refinanced at a lower rate and lower monthly payment. I think oh that's great so I apply. Fast forward a week later and I'm informed that I don't qualify - also, my vehicle value was insufficient. This needs to definitely be changed. Not only was I denied, but now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report!!”

Service here is more personal than you'll find at a Chase, Wells or a Bank of America branch. I feel like I have an advocate at this location should I have any issues or just have some banking needs. I was moving to Tennessee and I thought I would wait it out, then after further thinking I came to myself and thought I had a check that was going to be directly deposited. At that point it was called Greenway Bank and trust, through the years it has been bought and sold multiple times the most recent before PNC was compass BBVA. The transition was very smooth to PNC and the staff goes way beyond what I expect them to do. I’m so happy and so pleased with the additional hours and additional days for both in lobby and drive-through banking. Online banking has gotten easier and with more functions and giving you more capability to do whatever banking that you need. I am so happy with PNC Bank that I am even questioning myself as I’m not a bank person.
