This place killed my dog by neglect. They charged me 235.00 to kill my dog. They put her in cage n left her all day. They sent her home not being able to stand without falling over. She died within 12 hours.i called and all they could say was I'm sorry. They weren't sorry, they got my money and that's all they cared about.

This is the best vet clinic. They are so kind to the animals and very professional. I have 3 dogs and 5 cats and they have been so good to all of them. I have a senior dog they take care of and they have really helped me make her quality of life good. They have spayed and neutered many animals for me and even did a c-section for one of my cats. They are the absolute best!!

This has been our vet office for many years--actually since the original office many many years ago! All three veterinarians are great and knowledgeable and the staff is always helpful. Prices are reasonable compared to other vet services in the area.

I got my first cat at 5 years old so I have been a client for 55 years! Ed Robinson owned it back then. I have seen them all!
Love this group! Debbie, Natalie, Taylor, Kat, Heather, Dana, Rebecca, Lindsay, Shelby and let’s not forget the amazing doctors! Doc H has been taking great care of my crew for years! Great experience with Dr Gilbert as well!
Always an awesome experience, they take great care of my spoiled brats, the prices are very fair!

When I first went there, my fur babies saw Dr. Gilbert, LOVED her. She was helpful, provided suggestions, etc. Based on that visit, I would take my babies back there, and would give them a five rating.
However, the second visit (one is a rescue and she is having anxiety, the other one is 12 and he needs a Librela shot), we saw Dr. Hajovsky. I told her what was going on and she came across condescending. I've only had this dog about a month and a half. I was expecting some advice or options to try. Instead, the tech just handed me some pills on my way out and said to give them to her daily (trazadone). I don't want to drug the dog daily. I will use them during thunderstorms, and see if I can google some options for the other behavior.
At the second visit for my 12 year old, I noticed that they gave him the medication orally, instead of an injection, and when I asked about it, was told that Bordetella was an oral medication. Well, I didn't ask for that and had passed on that vaccination the first visit. The tech said she would make sure the front desk people listened next time. I just paid for it. Really disappointed on the second visit, and would rate a 1 or 2.
The prices are reasonable. I would take them back to see Dr. Gilbert.

Outstanding service and a great staff. Ive been to other vets in the area and you can't beat them. The lowest prices in the area don't hurt either.
