I HATE this location!! It was so unorganized, and I couldn't find the shrimp. The employees pants were sagging, and when I told one of them to pull up their pants, they glared at me! I will NOT be returning here.

There is a reason we don't shop here. The selections are good, but service is very disappointing. Let's talk about checking out. It's like waiting for our congress to make a decision. You guys are making Kmart look fantastic. I know you can fix it, but it'll be a long time before we come back.

It's walmart.. but this is the best one in a 25 mile area!!! If you want the cleanest and best kept with at least decently stocked items. This is it!

OMG, bought a Christmas tree last year I know they have a 90 day return policy but when I bought the Christmas tree the lady said that if it was broken when I open it next year I could return it but I went back today because the lights wouldn't turn on literally it was brand new and the wires were cut they wouldn't let me return it so after I left I called the manager first time she hanged up on me I had to have a friend call her and then she answered she was very rude all she said was well too bad this was terrible customer service I told her that they should try and change this still she was very rude and just told me was a 90 day return policy I get this is her job but she can at least be nice when she's doing it

Would give less than one star if I could. Person at the front entrance telling everyone a mask is required. As soon as customers enter the store they either pull it off or below their nose and chin. We were shopping at this Walmart for more than 15 years. We were using the Pharmacy for the same period. Notice I said "were using". Since no one seems to care about shoppers safety and there is absolutely no mask enforcement at this store, we have moved our shopping and pharmacy needs to HEB. Won't be entering this store again!

I love this Walmart!! I can always find everything Here! Friendly and fast service in the automotive department. I also love the organic selections here. A one stop shop with kiddos :)

Stuff all in the aisles. Clogged aisles with on-line shopping carts. Went to the third check out lane before I found one that worked.Next time I'll just go to self-check out.

Went to service department to replace a battery due to it not starting my vehicle. I came in the prior day and the battery was not passing inspection test. They notified me that the battery is still under warranty since it was just purchased 7 months prior. The next day my card would not start and I needed to call AAA to get a jump. I came in to replace the battery since it is still under warranty only to be met with a rude mechanic who i can hear cussing in the garage. Due to them closing in 5 min. I told him if it is that big of a deal that just give me my battery and tools then I will replace myself. He bagan to give me reasons on why he would not do it, luckily I have my recipe and after a manager got involved had agreed I was correct and under policy if they ran a charge and same battery does not work. It needs to be replaced, very upset with service and mouthy mechanic who i had to watch put battery in just to assure no foul play. Manager is only reason i will even step back in this store in general

Went to the auto center 2 weeks in a row to get an oil change. 2 weeks ago they told me it would take 2 hours. I was in no rush so said okay and proceeded to walk down every aisle to kill 2 hours! After 2 hours I went to the desk to check on my car as I thought I heard an announcement. The lady working the counter told me that they haven't even started on it yet. Grabbed my keys and left. This past weekend I went back and the guy working the front told me it would take 45 mins to an hour. Again, walked around for an hour. Returned to the front desk and the guy working the front, not sure if the manager of that department or what, was like they haven't even started on it yet. I told him that this was 2 weeks in a row and he didn't say anything, just stared at me. Asked for my keys and left. If you guys know that you cannot fit me in, just tell me! Don't give me a time and then say it's not been started on. Frustrating! Cannot wait for HEB to open!!!

Please just go to another pharmacy. They are rude, slow and ignorant. Literally have no clue what they are doing at all. There seems to be one with short blonde hair and glasses that hates her job a little more than the others. She straight up rolled her eyes at me as I approached the counter and asked me what I wanted. Seriously?!

I absolutely hate this Walmart! Every single time I go in this store A LOT of employees smell of body odor so badly! It's truly distrusting. I know it's Walmart but my goodness have some dignity and hire people who know how to shower and use deodorant.

March 09,2016 around 8:30pm i was at self check out, when i had gotten done i had completely forgot i needed a gift card. an employee who was gossiping to a co worker and i was standing right infront of her until her co worker pointed out i was there and needed help "could i get a gift card up here" and her exact response to me was "you can get one at the registers" she did say it in a rude manner and when i looked at her in shock like really thats what you say to customers, i put my purse back down in my buggy about to turn around to go to a register, ahe said "but i can get you one here" seriously??? like is it even necessary to say oh you can get one at the registers like she was too busy gossiping that you or anyone around can tell she didnt feel like helping me out. i actually did see her name tag and was able to see her name which is Betty. im sorry but i respect every worker because i have worked in retail and with customers for a couple of years and i understand but that is no way to talk to someone asking politely for help.

Could your employees be any more unpleasant????? Hello!! You work at walmart in customer service, please don't look put out because I actually had the audacity to step in to your line. No smiles. No anything, just a grumpy, toothless stare. Thank you though for my excuse not to come back.

This is a review for just the vision center. They were friendly and helpful and the prices are ridiculous in a good way. And the glasses have a warranty. Excellent!!
