I hate to be a karen because I really do have respect and patience for people who are essentially working customer service jobs; that said, I have found this Walgreens pharmacy to be especially disfunctional and not an accurate representation of my experience at any other Walgreens pharmacy. This is the Walgreens closest to my home, but I find I would still rather drive to the Weatherford location, 30 minutes out of my way.

We don't go in the store very often, so this review mainly pertains to the pharmacy. Excellent quality service and staff... Always friendly and helpful. On this particular instance, we were on the way home from the ER and had a paper prescription for an antibiotic we need filled promptly. The woman who helped us, Michele, and her pharmacist, were both extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They insisted that we wait, and they filled it for us immediately! Within about 7 or 8 minutes, we had our antibiotic in hand, ready to go. I am so thankful that there are good people still out there in this world who love their job and love helping others. It is situations like this that restore my faith in humanity!

Closed location to my residence and they do a great job and they're well stocked. Good customer service.

This is a Walgreens and the hours are posted clearly on the website and the doors. If you transfer to this store, maybe give it some time for this transfer to happen - it will not happen in 24 hours unless you get lucky. Get real.The restroom however is easy to pee in with little to no wait at all. It flushed properly and the door opened and closed as it should.

Worst ever experience. Bought a gift card for a birthday, the child scratch it off for code and nothing there. Went to Walgreens to exchange it (30 min transpired) and the manager said the cashier was to tell no exchange or refunds. Explain that to an 8 year old. On a Sunday no less where no one is at the company. I did not want to give you guys 1 star. You suck!

Since a review hasn't posted recently here's one that reflects same as old ones. I am a new customer having transferred from CVS. The counter tech told me if I need a refill to call doctor because they didn't show a transfer yet. Asked to speak to pharmacist on duty & she stated he's busy. I told her fine I will reach out to 800 customer service. Immediately afterwards the pharmacist left a message on my phone stating I hung up on his tech & he was "listening to the conversation" as she was telling me he's busy on the phone.

Please expand your pharmacy hours! This busy location should be open 24hrs. The staff is always super nice though, especially the pretty lady who always has colorful eyeshadow.

Worst pharmacy ever. Literally just trying to pick up prescription for my dentist visit because of my heart. They always say they never received message from dentist. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to pick up this prescription. Get it together!!! Listen to your voicemail!!! This is not convenient for me

The staggering lack of common sense at this place is ridiculous. Now I'm all for laws that that keep minors from buying alcohol and tobacco, with that being said I watch a checker refused to sell to a man who was EIGHTY THREE years old. On another occasion I witnessed a refusal to sell to a 40 year old and woman because her license expired on the day before which was her birthday. So it would seem that Walgreens should just stop selling these items as they definitely do not really want to as they make is as difficult as possible for people who are twice the legal age to buy them.

After four trips to this Walgreens to fill multiple prescriptions, we still left empty handed. There were issues with every single order. The workers could not find one of the prescriptions. After searching in their system, it was found. But still not ready for pick up, days later! Another was processed, then when we went to pick it up, we were told the script was out of date, the same script that I had asked if it was useable when dropped off, they told us it was fine. Two other medicines were still 'not ready' after days to be filled! We have been loyal Walgreens customers for over a decade...not anymore. I am moving all of our business to another more competent pharmacy that values customer service.
