Urban Air is a fun, inside, park. There are trampolines, rope courses, hanging tram, and other fun stuff for kids. I highly recommend this for an afternoon of fun.

Really impressed with how well maintained this place is! Tables were clean, no trash on the floor, Everyone who was working saturday was really working hard! The only complaint I had were the bathrooms, walked in on one stall with poo all over the seat and floor. Nightmare fuel. But other than that I'd really consider this place for my own kids birthday!

The kids loved it. The first time I came, I just got the regular passes. The second time, we got the zip line pass. The one ride they have is only included in the highest price. The bathrooms were dirty. The rest of the place was clean. The soft pretzel was not soft. My daughter liked the wings. The staff was nice. I recommend the membership, if you come often, it is definitely worth it.

Like most establishments that cater to children, the majority of the staff are young adults likely in high-school and college.Today, my family witnessed as a group 6-8 year-olds completed a game of laser tag. As expected, the children ran to the game board to see their scores. Very few of the children put their vests back on the hook as most of them meant to play another round. Our family was waiting for vests and as expected not everyone was able to get one. Which explained to our kids that was our luck and they could play next round.Another family near us had a very different reaction. One of the adults began yelling at the staff and the children. This is when I thought I may need to assist as I provide training for crisis situations and de-escalation strategies. However, the young woman employed at Urban Air was showed to be very calm and capable. Her skillset in de-escalating a grown man yelling at her was flawless. While I was initially shocked at this man's behavior I left impressed by this young lady.I think it shows that the management at Urban Air invests in training their staff. ?

I moved to Plano TX and it is not convenient to go anymore. I tried canceling at Weatherford location. They said I can only cancel with corporate and gave me a email address. I have emailed 3 times and have gotten no response. They continue to debit my debit card. I will notify the better business burea and let the Wells Fargo fraud prevtion department know of this fraudulent activity. My advice is di not give them your credit card or debit card info. This place is a scam!!!!

Urban air is always a cool place to take the kids. What is not to like? They have literally something for just about everyone in the family no matter the age (although geared towards older kids). So many different activities that makes your inner child wish you could still do some of the fun things they have here. The staff was really friendly at this location. Overall, it was apparently clean. They do close from 2-4 during the week just FYI. I would visit here again.

Great place for kids and adults. The kids are able to freely run around, and it not be a concern to parents. Parents can enjoy watching their kids close by but still allowing their space. They offer massage chairs, which is a nice touch. I especially like the bracelet method. They don't allow any interaction from parent participation if the parent has purchased alcohol by placing a particular bracelet onto parents wrist. They have alot to offer here.

We were told 52" area big kids are not allowed not all. So far 5 Big kids ran through the area. No one who working here is stopping those kids for the toddler area. Maybe a no for your toddlers.

It would be terrific if someone was in charge...like a real adult...and if those working would do more than hang out at the front counter. We took too children both 11. We bought the highest level so they could do it all. Only problem is....none of the games or rides were being supervised and open. The kids kept having to ask the disgruntled teen workers to come and open the activities. They would reluctantly over and then scurry away right after. Now to address the food. We are happy to stay and eat (since there is a no leaving policy) but let's jazz that 1980 skating rink concession up a bit. Frozen pizza and burnt popcorn. It's unfortunate but we probably won't return.

Severely understaffed! The food line takes forever bc only one person working register. Kids waiting, for long periods of time, to be hooked/unhooked on rock climbing area. No one watching basketball area, while big guys are dunking and hanging on goals.

This is what you see. Some staff sitting around in the kitchen just joking and chatting with other staff. Meanwhile there’s ONE underage girl handling and ever growing line of customers and she can’t serve alcohol. Manage better! This is not the first time I’ve seen this. I’ve been coming here for the past two years and it’s always the same. I’m all about understanding and cutting people some slack but this is ridiculous. Spend the money you’re making, hire more people and have adults on site for full service.

A while back I had went to urban air with a couple of friends. My sister works there and didn't have a ride home so my mother dropped her keys off so my sister could get home. Unfortunately my moms keys had a pepper spray on them and when my sister was closing urban air I was helping her friend clean the boys restroom. We were finishing up and I let my sisters friend finish and I was playing with my moms keys, the pepper spray slips and unlocks and while I was playing with it it's accidentally sprayed and the manager found out and told me I was banned for life. I did mention it was an accident and she proceeded to go to the back and talk to the other manager and tell him I did it on purpose. She also told one of my sisters friends which also works there that I did mention I did it on accident but told everyone I didn't it on purpose because it didn't sound realistic that the lock slipped.

The staff were helpful and attentive. The equipment and areas are a lot of fun for kids of wide age group which is really nice. When the chaos of kids comes out tho you can tell the staff is not prepared. Nothing wrong with that just gotta watch yo kids.

I sucked it up and I got the membership and it was worth every cent. In the 4 months we've had the membership. We've been at least 10 times making the savings almost priceless. There are enough activities to keep the kids entertained for hours on end and there's more than enough room for adults to get involved too. It's a great place and more importantly, the kids wear themselves out so they're ready for showers in bed every time we leave and a parent that's what makes it valuable.
