This has been and always will be my favorite UPS STORE. I moved to Fort Worth and I save all my Amazon returns every time I’m in town because of how friendly and helpful they always are. My last visit Kayla and Garry were exceptional as usual and I never regret driving out here for them.

Let’s talk about how impatient I am when it comes to waiting in long lines. I’M IMPATIENT AND I HATE LONG LINES, THE END. I have to ship a few packages at least once a week and seeing as I work 60 hour weeks it’s hard for me to find time to get in and out of these type of stores. However, there’s a lady named Jessica Kemp that works at this store who doesn’t play any games when it comes to doing her job. She is a beautiful beast! Jessica manages to do her job perfectly and in a timely manner! The environment she creates for her customers is amazing! Lovely young lady. Great store. I’ll continue to come to this location as long as Jessica is on shift! THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP JESSICA!
