The easiest most seamless experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. My first time using Tackett was today and it was recommended by my doctor. Before I even left my doctors office I received a text that my two prescriptions were ready. I was in shock. I usually have to try to call pharmacies endlessly until they answer to see what’s happening with my scripts where are they, authorizations all the nonsense but today was so perfect! I hope this is how it will be going forward! The lady who helped me check out was so nice as well!

You can find anything natural in this place and the guy at front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Tackett pharmacy truly goes above and beyond. I was not a current customer of Tackett pharmacy when I had my most recent prescription sent to them so they didn’t have to accommodate me by any means this evening.I had a prescription filled at my normal pharmacy that I was unable to take due to a peanut allergy. My prescription was sent over to Tackett pharmacy the next day as they were able to make this prescription to accommodate my allergy. My prescription was sent into them 1 hour before closing, this was a prescription they had to make themselves, I expressed my need for this prescription this evening and they worked hard to get it filled and said it would be done by closing if not right after. I told them I would be waiting in the parking lot so I didn’t keep them long, turns out I was at the wrong location… I called them right away, they were 8 minutes to closing and I was 20 minutes away. I expressed how important it was to get this prescription this evening and instead of just brushing me off and telling me to come back Monday they took my card over the phone and packaged my prescription to ensure it was stored appropriately and left it for me to pick up to ensure I had it this evening. They offered to do this all without me asking. My prescription was a progesterone supplement for my current pregnancy, I lost a baby in July so I was so stressed trying to start my prescription right away after already being a day behind. Tackett pharmacy had no idea who I was nor my history, yet showed so much grace by going out of their way to accommodate me this evening. I will be switching to them for all my pharmaceutical needs in the future. I love supporting businesses who truly care about their clients and they showed that this evening. I highly recommend using Tackett Pharmacy.

Love Tackett Pharmacy. They are impressive in imbedding God's loving care with their approach to their customer care. Gave a 4 vs 5 rating because of a singular front counter staffer encountered on my last two recent visits. She does not fit the Tackett culture.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered and your needs are met. I have filled my sons meds here since he was born and every time they have made sure we are getting everything done to fit his needs for the compounding. If I could give 10 stars I would !

Excellent service. I love supporting this Christian, family owned business. I hate using big chain pharmacies like cvs. Tackett treats you like you matter and try to get you your rxs ASAP. Plus they have a ton of natural products that I can't get anywhere else is in town. They don't accept good rx coupons because they aren't one of the big guys, but it's still worth it to me to use them.

I have been a patron of.Tackett Pharmacy on College Park for several years. They are prompt to fill my prescriptions, are available to answer questions, and the entire staff are always friendly and eager to help in any way possible. They offer over-the-counter medications and vitamins as well as all-natural products. I highly recommend them for all of you health needs.
