Highly recommend Optimum Collision. I had my truck repaired here after I was sideswiped. I chose them because they were the highest rated shop in my area that worked directly with my insurance. I worked specifically with their rep Karl, who was fantastic. I had a list of specific concerns and aftermarket parts were involved. Karl kept me updated the whole time. When I picked my truck up it looked like the accident never happened. I put a lot of work into my truck and I spent an hour after I got home inspecting all of their work and it is top notch. Also, my truck has never looked so clean after they washed it.

I had a deer try and jump in my back door so I needed repairs done. I thought using the collision center associated with the dealer would be best. I left my car and my insurance company approved everything. I get a call 2 days later saying the repairs will be done within a week. A week later I had to call asking about my car. They said it's going into paint so it will be another 4 days. I call 4 days later and they laughed saying you won't have paint or a door if you get it now. All the while my insurance company keeps extending my rental car. Finally 24 days later my car is ready. I am happy with the results of the repair. They matched the paint, it looks like it did before the deer hit me. I am just not happy with their "customer service".

We were on a cross country trip and were rear ended. The damage prevented us from hitching up our rv among other things. Went to optimum collision in Weatherford Texas. Wow! Just wow! They were absolutely the greatest!! Karl Polson listened to our situation and went out of his way to make all the repairs needed to get us safely back on the road. Including storing our tailgate till we get back this way on our return trip! Karl made all of this happen within 2 hours! He not only fixed the truck, but was such a kind soul that healed our mental state as well! I absolutely highly recommend this place! Feeling Blessed in Texas!

Thank you optimum collision for the wonderful job you have done repairing my Mazda Miata after only having it for one month and then getting into a fender bender. You guys didn't excellent job. I was in search of a State Farm preferred shop as well as a authorized Volkswagen collision center and they fit the bill. I called and spoke to Karl and hauled our car to them from west of Houston. When I meet Karl in person he was professional. He walked around the car and we discussed the needed repairs. And this is where Karl set the bar and earned my trust. He pulled out two markers safe to use on paint.He started by drawing his brand on the windshield. Second he marked any body damage to make it more defined for pictures including pre existing dings. When asked about the brand on the windshield he explained that it was for him to be able to identify that was his in the shop so he could check on it. I have never seen the branding done in all my years of being a mechanic. He kept me informed on the repair status. The Technicians also did a excellent job on the repairs as well as the painters who matched the paint flawlessly. Karl and the entire staff were professional and are good at what they do. Where as State Farm gave me hell for taking it there because I didn't live close to there.Services: Steering & suspension repair
