The Quick Lane is a great place to have you car serviced. I make a reservation using their webpage to schedule a time that works well for me. Their service advisors are extremely helpful. You can even pick your advisor online if you have one you are comfortable with. Blayke and Jonathan do a great job and are very helpful with getting all your work requests done. Southwest Ford also sends out regularly coupons for services as well that are helpful. The Works oil change is usually $59.95, which includes rotating the tires, topping off the fluids, testing the battery, checking belts/hoses, and checking tire pressure. They always have washed my vehicle as well before returning it. It usually takes about 45-60 minutes, unless they are real busy. They also have a courtesy vehicle to take you home or to work if needed. I have used SW Ford for a long time and have been consistently taken care of. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.

Considering lots of my family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from these guy I thought they would take care of us again, boy was I wrong. Screwing over doesn't even come close to what they try to do to you on your trade not to mention they come out trying to sell it higher than it's online for. Won't ever go back nor will anyone of my family or friends.

I am traveling from S.C. to A.Z. when my truck became inoperable. The dealership immediately arranged a tow truck, fixed my truck within 6 hours and sent a shuttle to pick me up free of charge. Best service I've ever had, very professional.

Platinum Cadillac in Terrell Tx needs to learn the word Intergrity. I was told the old man has integrity. The younger generation sad.2 people can do a lot of damage to a company's integrity. Then the rest have to lie to cover it up.1,Price to replace fuel system.2,Fixed,runs great but .....another issue(radiator)3,fixed.. now Not running again.......I told them I had the fuel system replaced before.Called me and said I didn't have the fuel system replaced. Receipt shows I did Called me a liar. ....If they would have put the kit on there wouldn't be a problem right now . Hire shady mechanics.

Let me explain my one star...The dealership: no Issues at all.The salesman: Jose was great and handled everythingThe vehicle: 2023 Ford F-150 platnium.I have now had the truck for about one month and it is a pile of crap. The quality flat out sucks. I'm really sorry I was so stupid to buy American. So here are the issues: the car will sometimes start abs sometimes it won't. When it doesn't start there is a red warning light that comes on. The ford roadside assistance is someone in the Philippines who is totally clueless. Today, the same issue hits again and they are unable to come tow until Monday as apparently there is some issue with the towing company? I asked what should I do for tomorrow considering I have to work, the lady then tells me to call the dealership and ask if I can get a car. Is that a joke? Really? The ford app also flat out sucks. In the end, don't buy American. Anything American ia basically trash in 2023. Sorry not sorry.

Dealers doing what dealers do!DO NOT BUY From Southwest Ford!Charlie Gilchrist should be ashamed to have some of these people working in his dealership. My son bought a new 2023 F150 Lariat from John Garside and Ed Resendez told him he must purchase a $15,000 warranty, YES you heard that correctly, $15,000 warranty! Ed told him that if he didn't buy the $15,000 warranty he would have to give him a higher rate and restructure the deal so he needed to buy the $15,000 warranty. My son is a 100% Disabled Veteran and asked for the $500 Ford military rebate and was told he didn't qualify because he's not retired, he's medical retired, they said no. They gave him below trade value on his 2021 Ford F150 trade too. Found Multiple same trucks as his new purchase 10,000+ dollars cheaper at another dealer online. He was told they wouldn't do that price if we went there. I was there to sign off on his 21 I co-signed on. I purchased my new bronco there and was so so experience that's why I sent my son there.in the end I told my son to leave he makes his own decisions I tried! Service has been great for me but there sales no way!!! Great way to treat vets especially ones who are disabled! I won't buy here again service only because I have a Maintence package.

One star is more than they should get, called for parts, got a parts person that was less than knowledgeable on the F550 I was working on, when I told her I did not want the part she had in stock without the rest of the parts she hung up on me. If she had just listened I had a laundry list of other vehicles that I needed parts for just not that one in particular. I'll take my business to Karl Klement from now on.

Honestly one of the worst dealers I've seen when it comes to new vehicle purchases. Little to no inventory, markups galore and the showroom is a museum of the owners cars... that should tell you everything you need to know on what their priorities are. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because their service department is good. Very polite and professional and helpful. They deserve 5 stars.

I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealer with good results. Recently ; however, they priced a super duty that was not exactly what I wanted for 15,000. over invoice. That would have made the vehicle just under 100,000. So I ordered a new King Ranch from another dealer , getting exactly what I wanted for about 20,000. less. Don't bother stopping. As for service, last week I dropped an older super duty off for new brakes and a 7 pin trailer light issue. Brakes cost 1100. And I was told I have a wiring issue with the lights; requiring 3-5 days to asses the issue. In addition , they priced (unsolicited) a new front end repair over 3,000. I had the 7 pin tested and it was ok. Having one new tie rod end replaced as we speak. These guys are dipshits.

Deceptive business practices, $10k markup on a maverick? Absurd. Blatantly lying to customers? Even worse...

Fantastic experience - until we walked out the door with the keys. :( Our salesman (Johnathan McKeever) only responded to my multiple texts when I asked his coworker (who called to see if I was interested in auto insurance) to check on the situation. Even then it was an "I will look into it" with no other response, after more attempts. We were requesting to know what work the car had done on it when it was serviced (at SouthWest Ford) prior to sale. Not a big deal - or so we thought. Really disappointing since all our communication prior to the sale was thorough, professional and very helpful. We bought the car around Thanksgiving but waited until today to give them a bad review.

Very professional and timely. The service department is always busy but will answer any questions and they will communicate any problems they find.

Beware: My experience with the Southwest Ford Dealership located in Weatherford, TX was not good at all. My wife and I went to the dealership on 12/30/2022 with the intent of buying a car. I explained to them what we were willing to pay and asked them if they could make the deal or not. Instead of respecting our time and letting us know if they could make the deal or not, they played number games with us...never once getting close to what we said we were willing to pay. We had a trade-in valued at $14,000+ and they offered us $8,000+. The price for the car we selected was $39,400 on the interenet. They were trying to charge us the MSRP price of $42,000+. Rejected that offer and reiterate what we were willing to pay. They kept playing number games with us...even after I told them what we were willing to pay. They did not listen to the customer. After the 4th attempt in trying to bully us into a monthly payment that we didn't want...we got up and walked out. The Sales Manager and the Sales Director came to talk to us once we walked out...but I told them I was tired of playing their games. The Sales Person we were working with was very good...has really good customer service...it was just too bad his leadership wouldn't let him make the sale. The next day they did come back with an offer that was in our range...but it was already too late. They lost trust and credibility with me. The leadership at Southwest Ford needs to evaluate their car-buying process. It should not be that hard to buy a car. The dealership can either make the deal the customer is aksing for or they can't...simple as that. We decided to go with a different Ford dealership. My advice to those going to buy a car at Southwest Ford: Know the trade-in value of your car. Know how much the payoff is. Look at the prices on their website and is write down the stock# and the price. Let the salesperson know up front what you're willing to pay. They will play number games...but never let them bully you into a price you do not want. Get up and walk out. There are other dealerships.

Do not go to this dealer ship. My wife found a car on there web page. She contacted them to come look at it the sales man said he wouldn't be there on Saturday but told her that the internet sales manager would be helping us and since we were come from Amarillo that they would be sure and take good care of us. She set up an appointment for 11:00 on Saturday we arrived on time and was meet but the internet sales manager he handed us off to a sales man. They took the keys to her car and we test drove the new one it was a nice car. But that is when the dealership B.S. Started we were not back in the building and she was getting asked are you ready to buy this car now with out even knowing that they were offering for her car. We looked at a few more cars but she liked the first one we drove and again the pressure started she asked for some numbers they returned with a low ball offer on her car buy the way it a 2016 Ford explorer limited kbb is at 13000 to 16500 they offer her 7500 for it lol and a 1200+ dollar payment. She said no way. Them the B.S. Continued well let me go work for you cam back with 9000 for her car and said that's all we can do are you ready to sign the papers. She replied no my car is worth more than that so after 2 more trips to B.S. With the sales manager who by the Way was supposed to be helping us in the first place he came back with 13000 for her car and was growing more upset by the minute. We said bring us our keys we were leaving he said ok but I need to know why you are leaving my manager will want to know her said we were not interested in giving her car away and we were ready to leave. He's very upset by now we think he is going to get our keys and by this time we felt like we were being held hostage and wouldn't be allowed to leave until her bought their car. He returned for a 3rd or fourth time I had last track by then. He returned with the internet sales manager both were visible upset they were finally getting close to the cars value at 14500 my wife was was wanting to leave the dealership and go somewhere else and think about it and asked for her keys the the internet sales managers reply was 99 present of people that leave to think about it never return I replied I am starting to understand why. The sales man and the internet sales manager were getting more upset I told them get it to what the car books at 16000 and we might talk more their reply was dealers only give 25 precent below KBB my wife again said give me my keys so I can go clear my head run the numbers and think about it again no keys more excuses on why she needed to buy their car again she asked for her keys the internet sales manager said he needed to know why again so he could explain it to the owner or as he said the man up stairs. I asked for the keys and more excuses. I finally had to raise my voice and said she wants her keys now so she can go think about it finally they returned with her keys. I would not ever recommend this dealer ship to anyone and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and Ford motor company.
