I needed batteries for my truck & went to Hudson Oaks O'Reilly. Great service, especially two young men that worked there. They were very courteous, polite & very helpful. I appreciate this in young people as you don't see that much of it these days.

I've been going to O'Reilly's for over 20 years and it's been my #1 choice for car stuff during that time. Today, Zane locked me in for life. Zane went above and beyond to assist me with a simple electrical check, diagnosis, and battery swap. Sounds simple but the conversation and attention to detail showed his passion for his job and helping people. Thanks Zane!!

Walked in and no one asked if I needed any help. Stood in the oil section for quiet a while, still no one asked if I needed any help.
Will not be returning to this store.
Very disappointed.

It was late and I needed 2 batteries. The store i was at didn't have what i needed so they called this store and said to send me over. I showed up 5min past closing and they still helped be out. The guys there made it quick and easy. I was so thankful!
