I actually had to get on my cell phone coverage to register this review because NextLink wasn’t working. For 6 months my service was accessible. Up to 50 mb but was what I paid for but actually getting 15Mbs max being generous . Now on a great day I’m getting 9Mbs. I have checked on multiple services and have documented everything every time.Changed service and wow I am dumbfounded by the difference. Please Nextlink reach out and discuss how you have failed. Discuss your future plans. I’ll pay the fee to drop your failed company.And looking at the fake reviews look at mine!! I don’t like being negative but used to be NextLink has failed it’s current customers!!

Colby was on time and quickly started changing out the antenna and router. He is extremely courteous and I would want him to be the technician if further work needs to be accomplished.

Mark L and Ethan R were very polite and friendly while installing my Internet and made sure to explain things to me if I didn’t understand what it was. I highly recommend these two to install your internet with Nextlink. They were also earlier than expected which was awesome!

Technician] Michael went far and beyond in his service call. Completely rebuilt the antenna tower and had to replace a defective component 3 times due to faulty replacement parts. Even after all he’s work outside, he was still pleasant enough to answer my questions about the new network configuration "

Luis is an amazing technician. We’ve had issues recently with our Internet and he came out and did everything possible to get it done and fixed and the issue persisted and yet he came up with another resolution! We appreciate the service, kindness, and overall Great customer service!
