We just purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership today. Drove there from Houston, and so glad we did. Sean did a fantastic job showing us the ins and out of the vehicle, providing excellent customer service, and completed the process EXTREMELY smoothly. We highly recommend this dealership!!!

Our salesman, Damian, gave us a 5 star experience with purchasing our 2024 Yukon. The process was smooth and easy with very little pressure. Very transparent with pricing. We will definitely go back for our next GMC.

Very disappointing! Appointments are worthless. Expect to wait 1.5+ hours if you don't get an early appointment. My was at 10:30-I waited 1 hr 45 minutes. Oil changes are done at the Cadillac dealership- no one told me when I set appointment and when I arrived to the GMC service, after about 5+ minutes waiting and all the service employees ignoring me, not with other customers,I finally got out and asked. Upon arrival at the Cadillac service I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I said, "no, thank you" and they did it anyway. When I told the cashier at checkout that I had said no, she gave attitude and treated me like she was doing me a huge favor for not charging me for it. Bottom line, appointments are worthless unless you're one of the first of the day and double check the charges at checkout so they don't charge you for services you declined.

Was in a market for a new vehicle, noticed they had the vehicle for 10k less than anywhere in the state of TX (10k off Jerry's money is what they called it.)
I get there and they say my trade is worth 10k less than what the other 2 gmc dealers had offered me on paper!
I showed them what the other 2 dealers were offering on my trade, which was 10k more than what they were offering and basically told me they don't use Kelly blue book for trade values. I asked what they used and he wouldn't tell me. (I tried the other car value websites and they were very close in price to Kelly blue book) so basically Jerry's money was actually my money.
Then they were asking about all these extras I should add on..before negotiations even started ?

I took my 2021 sierra to have an oil leak fixed under factory warranty, and was told to leave it for a couple days and they did not have a loaner but I had to get done so I left it there. They called me and told me the job was done and ready to go. I picked it up and didn’t check for oil leaks until it was due for the next oil change that I saw the leak there again. I called and told them it wasn’t fixed but since it was no longer under warranty they could not do anything about it. I was very upset and decided to fix it myself and found out what horrible job they did. When I removed the pan I saw they had broken the clip for the oil level sensor so when they put back together instead of replacing the connector with a pigtail harness they just added silicone around it to keep it in place. Then the oil pan only takes silicone and 3 small seals. 2 for the oil cooler lines and one for the oil pump and must be replaced every time the oil pan is removed. Well the techs or mechanic if you will, also put silicone around the seals so they wouldn’t leak instead of replacing them. The old silicone from the oil pan was not removed or cleaned, they just placed the new silicone on top and put back together. It is amazing that these professionals are doing this mess, even if they are young mechanics there should be a shop foreman supervising all work done by them. So I don’t know if Jerry’s service management knows about this or this is done by the mechanics to get more work done and take shortcuts to improve their paychecks. I am sure protocol was followed for the service and I got screwed over and now have to pay for the repair that should have been done right the first time under factory warranty. In the photos you can tell the difference between the old and new silicone.

Absolutely would NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!!!, The roof seal was coming apart when purchased and discussed with salesman Darryl, and he assured me "it's an easy fix, we got you, won't take long" that was 3 months ago and now he says it's not there problem. More BAD things happened along the way, just too much to put here. Also me and wife bought 2 vehicles that day and I have bought my one before that there BUT NEVER AGAIN, ILL TRAVEL ALL FIFTY STATES BEFORE PURCHASING AT THIS HELL HOLE AGAIN.

Don’t buy extended warranty. It covers nothing. Everything on a vehicle when built is going to wear. Then they say the $190 exam fee will be applied to any work you have done. I ask to have an alignment done so I’m not wasting $190. They say the tech won’t just perform an alignment. They told me when I bought the vehicle that the extended warranty was bumper to bumper but obviously that was not the truth.

We had the best car salesman I think we've Ever had!! Cody Wildman.... He was Very knowledgeable about and helpful with all the new features we've not had before...and he was not pushy in Any way!!! We weren't really planning on buying a car that day, I was going to go to other kinds of car dealers, but I was completely happy with the Buick Envision!! All due to Cody and his kind and helpful demeanor!!!

I had a great experience purchasing a GMC Sierra 4WD at Jerry’s in Weatherford, TX. My sales associate, Scott, was super helpful in explaining all of the differences in the models that I was considering. With Scott’s help, I was able find the perfect truck for my needs. In the finance department, Jimmy was very personable and pointed out the various extended warranties available. The closing process was quick and easy. All in, it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Jerry’s in Weatherford to anyone.

The salesman, David Meza and the manager of GMC along with the F&I person Jimmy were absolutely the most professional, patient and helpful people I have ever met in the auto business. We have purchased many, many vehicles in our 75 years and this was the best experience we have ever had. If you want to be treated like a real person make sure you go to Jerry's GMC. It was a wonderful experience.
