No hate to the workers or the actual place but Instant transfer is NEVER Instant or never even in minutes, I get taxed for choosing instant and it comes in two days… definitely want to close my account

Was good bank. Has a new manager who doesn't have a clue how to staff. 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon at 5:30pm. Not the first time.

I usually really like the people here because they are always nice, friendly, and helpful. But I was going to use the ATM at this location because it was clearly after 6pm and I knew they were closed. I saw the evening workers leaving because they were closed so I wished them to have a great day as they were leaving and they snapped back at me that they were closed as I was walking up to the ATM. I snapped back that the ATM is open and now makes me not want to be friendly with the staff anymore

If you are looking for a bank do not choose this one the hours have become less convenient and they do not have a night deposit to compensate for customers who work during their limited time open. The tellers are not very friendly nor are they knowledgeable and able to be helpful. Often wanting to get back to their personal conversations than help the customer.

The only bad reviews here appear to be from soccer moms who have nothing better to do than complain about people being rude. For those of us with jobs, I can personally say that after 2 years I have NEVER been treated poorly here. It’s great to have a bank that is actually open when I’m not working. Plus my direct deposits come through a day early. Nothing but good things to say about this bank.

Unless you want to lose the money in your account do NOT bank here. Im a single mom with 2 small daughters working 40 hours a week and going to school. I had to overdraft to get through the work week when I went to pay it back a few days later later the FEES alone were $386. The teller who set up my account gave misleading information about the overdraft fees. When I tried to talk to them to work something out there was no empathy whatsoever, I even asked if they could at least make it not charge anymore fees on top of what it has already charged me considering it's already TRIPLE the amout that I overdrafted and obviously overdrafting again isn't even a thought. Nevertheless my entire paycheck will be gone as soon as it is deposited into my account and it will still be negative. So a big thank you to First Convenience Bank, for adding to the amount of stress I've already had, and making this the most unpleasant experience possible. I now understand why y'all have to beg for customers.

3 people claiming to be employees of this bank approached my minor Son in the clothing section at Walmart and insisted on obtaining his SS#. Fortunately, my Son knows better and told them he didn't know it. They also pressured him for his email, address and ID. My Son was smart enough to give them fake info because even though he told them no, they persisted. These are unscrupulous people.
