I bring no less than six vehicles to this location and trailers for business, I drive an hour away because I used to trust discount and I worked for them in high school 15 years ago. The company has changed, I’ve now had three denials to fix tires that I’ve bought from them with warranties. I go down to the local shop and they’ll fix them no problem. Today I drove an hour for a rotate and balance and flat repair. I threw a plug in the tire to get to the store and was given some bs about now they can’t plug it because I already did. Discount, y’all are full of it. Your plugs have patches on the backside we used to fix these all the time for people. This being my third town dealing with something like this now I am done. My business is going elsewhere unless yall want to make it right. Sincerely, a long time loyal customer.

My husband has been using discount tire for years & usually takes care of all car issues/ needs. However he was gone for work & I had a tire not holding air so I took it to the new discount in Hudson oaks. They checked the tire & said they couldn't find anything wrong with it & to bring it back if I continued to have a problem after he aired it up.
The tire continued to not hold air so when my husband got home he took the car to Kings tire where they found the value was bad.

Dropped a car off a 10AM still not ready at 2PM. In and out in hour is total BS. Never have ever had good service at a Discount Tire. Essentially this one.

Do not believe their time estimates. If you have anything to do for the rest of the day, choose another location. This one is almost impossibly slow, and they can’t even give an accurate estimate of how long they’ll inevitably take for a simple service.

My tire valve stem was broken and wouldn’t take air. William was able to fix it in a few mins. He was patient, listened well and kind. Give this man a raise. 😊

Sent kids mother up there to get new tires on rim just 2. And took and hour she was one before another customer while another customer came after her. For same thing new tires install and checked out before her. Its 80 for the new tires that's 2 she need 160. Out the door around$245 so that's about $80 to 90 labor charge but take and hour to do?

I had a great experience at Discount Tire! Jose was incredibly helpful and nice throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood all my options and even went the extra mile to ensure I got the best deal possible. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs!

This is the most dishonest place I have ever been. Went to have them balanced my brand new tires. And was asked to prepay. I paid for 4 tires to be balanced. They took one tire from the truck and said they cant balance them and refused to refund me. I was told by the manager of the place, they dont have a policy to refund. $145 wasted.
