I came in needing a windshield wiper for my Mercedes, which they actually do not carry. However, John the manager was absolutely fantastic. He actually fixed my windshield wiper and put it on for me at no charge. He was super friendly and amazing and willing to go above and beyond, even though that was not his job thank you John very much.

10/10 service! The associates (especially Brandon M.) were so polite and hardworking! Held doors open for me, worked with me for 45 minutes to help me, and explained everything to me that I asked about. Brandon deserves a raise ASAP. I will 100% be going back anytime I need anything for my car!

A friend looked up the store hours for us but gave us the hours for the wrong location. Not knowing that we showed up just minutes before they closed. Brandon and Anthony were great! They made it clear that they were there for me and no rush. Anthony jumped in there and changed my wife's battery while Brandon said we won't close or leave until we're sure you're good to go. GREAT customer service that you don't see very often anymore!

I stopped by AutoZone to get something for the hard water spots off my car. The guy at the counter didn’t have much knowledge on which product would be the best for my car but I ended up googling it and found exactly what I needed. Their shelves were nicely stocked . Nice employees! Good experience.

What a great crew!!! I was stranded on the way back from college and they really went the extra mile in helping me. I was so panicked & they did everything and more to help me. I was so panicked & they were so helpful, positive, and encouraging! Definitely the best autozone service I have ever received! Edward was absolutely fantastic and had an excellent mobile mechanic to come help me. Best customer service ever! If you ever have any car questions, this is the place to go! Will absolutely come back & I can’t say enough good things! A huge thank you to the autozone team for helping me!!
