Stay away!! My personal experience is that ATT stores are not a good experience. My last 3 trips to the att retail stores I have been lied to and misled. Been a customer for Over 20 years and the truth is they are not training the people right or to be honest. If you need something done. Just call customer service, the experience was at least better for me.

I would give more stars if I could, Gus is amazing!My wife and I were Android users for years, but due to Apple having much better support for some of our personal and work related needs, we wanted to switch from Android to Apple. Anyone who has done this knows it can be quite an ordeal.Gus to the rescue! He was extremely knowledgeable andminimized the cost of switching phones while matching us up with the best iPhone fit. Due to some software issues migrating from Android to Apple, our lack of experience with Apple and turning in our Androids, we went back to the store a few times. Gus was ALWAYS attentive, patient and his knowledge is unfathomable – his fingers blazed across the phones while he configured them. He has professionalism and customer service that you just don’t see much anymore. We are now very happy Apple users, and know that if we ever have issues, Gus will help us out.

These people give amazing service and have an impressive knowledge of all phone brands, models and functions. We purchased all our last four phones from Hudson Oaks AT&T and I return whenever there is a phone update that screws up or causes a conflict (3 times this year) that makes my phone go bonkers. They are somehow able to figure out and correct my problem in the settings while I wait. I go in the mornings and there is minimal or no wait. Thanks, Kyle, for fixing me lately.

Ordered 2 of the new 15 Pro Max, and bought lots of accessories. Disappointed, we were told It would arrive in a WEEK to our home if we ordered that day. Order shows to be OVER a MONTH out.

My experience at this store was top notch to say the least Kyle is amazing, attentive, engaging and patient. Noah did a great job and spent so much time making sure everything was working on my end and that I knew how to do work the phone. ( I made the dreaded switch from android to apple) all in all it was a great experience, feel free to give those fellas a raise !

Kyle & Jose were an amazing / very respectful team!I have been having issues with my new phone and even though they couldn't really solve the problem, they truly tried to do everything they could think of to fix the issue I was having.When I need to come back for any other problems or get a new phone, I hope they'll be there to help me.

Not sure what the kids deal was, but I went in to get a screen protector for my phone and he was rude telling me that AT&T does not sell them, I would have to call samsung. It's a brand new zfilp 4, for crying out.

I went to the store right at opening time in dire need of replacing a damaged phone before a very important event at work. Kyle was absolutely AWESOME!!! He helped me immediately and was so nice and patient! I was so appreciative that he helped me! I would go see him again!

My phone had begun to die on me and I didn’t have a lot of money to upgrade but had no choice. Not only was the employee, Cameron, very helpful but also friendly and professional. Made everything so easy on this 60-year-old woman! Thank you, Cameron!

If I could give this location a zero, I would!!Christian didn’t even let me get the words out of my mouth before he told me no!! Then he passed me along to a different employer in-front of the store manager! The worst customer service EVER!!!!
