“Though I have not been to the actual site I had family and neighbors. Move my items into the store unit in Texas. But they've always been very polite on the phone. my only issue would be that several times they have got the automatic deposit date incorrect. Or charge me a late fee that they reimburse later. Due to a change in the automatic debit system, they introduced about a month ago.. I'm always hoping they will offer some type of senior or NRA or tripleA or AMAC discounts for people sixty two and Up as myself . The office staff there has been very professional and courteous on the phone every time I speak with them.”
“Excellent storage facility. I just needed a space to store a few of my things for awhile and they've been great. I love that I get reminders about my bill every month, because I'm a busy mama and I forget! They also give you a grace period if you still forget. I would recommend this place for sure if you need a place to safely store your things.”
“It's a self storage and a semi truck and commercial vehicle mechanic shop. As far as I know they do good work. Its in the woods tho. About 5 minutes from hwy 75.”

“Rented 3 units for entire household while we found a house. Units are clean. Minor issues are doors don’t stay rolled up, tight corners trying to pull thru with a trailer, and erosion causing issues at end of concrete.”
“We have loved this storage facility. Easy spaces , kind staff. We are leaving 8/31/24 and must say it has been a pleasure being there. We never had any gate issues or parking issues. Staff was always friendly and courteous. We would go back in the future if we bought another RV. Highly recommend!!! Glad we were referred .”
