I would most definitely not recommend this place. Several years ago when we put our house on the market, I chose to store some of the contents in our garage at Howe Mini Storage, big mistake. At some point during the rental, I missed one months payment. I didn't realize in one month they would sell my items, but that isn't the worst part of it. After they sold my items for one month missed payment, they didn't notify me, but continued taking my money for 14 months after they had sold my items. They would not refund my money that I had paid for over a year even though my items had been sold. The only way I found out the items were sold was because after we moved and went to go get our things from the storage building, we realized the locks had been changed and someone else had rented the unit we had been paying for even though our items hadn't' been there for over a year. I was so distraught because my wedding dress was in the unit and now it was gone and more than likely in the trash. The older lady that works there had absolutely not compassion or explanation as to how this happened. Her husband was very nice, but the older lady, whose name I can't remember, was just rude. She had no explanation for how or why my things were sold and I had been paying on a unit for over a year that someone else had rented. I have since heard of many others here in Howe have the same experience with rude employees and sale of items in a very quick and concise manner. This is a small town and word travels fast. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, STORE ANYTHING AT THIS STORAGE FACILITY. You will regret it, just as many others have.

Found my self having to wait more than 4 days for them to open the place they seam to be awful at there work hours they're never there they never answer calls lady is rude please save your self money and time don't come there rude as they come ive had better time up in Sherman they seam to know how to actually run a business.
