This is a wonderful gym. The owner is knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. It is open 24 hours so it is easy to go at times where you can practice social distancing. The weight machines are well laid out and well kept. Easy parking, the gym itself clean, and not too noisy. I find it such a pleasant way to exercise.

Fantastic gym with friendly, helpful people. The Yoga classes are excellent including both hot and regular Yoga. Its kept clean and roomy; we are fortunate to have such an awesome gym in Howe.
