My family and I have been going to this location for 10+ years. The guys working there are very competent and caring. They always make sure we get the best deal possible and are very honest and fair. Love this place!

BEWARE OF THIS STORE! I purchased a phone at this store and returned it 2 days later. Upon return, I was told that I had to pay 35% of the retail cost of the phone if I wanted them to take it back. This came to $128. I paid $108 initally to purchase the phone, so yes that meant I would be paying MORE to return it. I was outraged and regret ever going in there! STAY AWAY!

BEWARE OF THIS STORE! I purchased a phone and returned it 2 days later. I was then told that I had to pay 35% of the RETAIL cost of the phone if I wanted to return it. I initially paid $108 and 35% of the retail cost came to $128. So yes, I would have had to pay MORE to return it than I did to buy it. I considered this to be outragious and because I disputed this ridiculous return policy, was basically thrown out of the store. DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will definitely regret it!

These guys are great. I have been using them for over 5 years and they have always taken the best of care of me. If you build a relationship with them, they will bend over backwards for you and help you when the black hole of Verizon will turn you away.
