I recently had my car PPFed and tinted at E1 Auto Spa, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, attentive, and clearly took pride in their work. E1 is the only place I would even think to bring any vehicle for tinting or PPF in Houston. The entire staff is professional and detail oriented and provided an amazing experience. The crew even pointed out an issue with the paint on my vehicle that they were worried would affect the PPF application and let me know what exactly should be fixed before I brought it back. E1 is truly dedicated to providing the best product and experience possible.

I almost never write reviews, but E1 definitely deserves one. I contacted them about a ceramic coating late in the day, not expecting much, and received a response in under an hour. Another shop I contacted took a day to respond. Katy and Chris were incredibly friendly and patient with my questions, and they were extremely clear and transparent about the work they do. I was updated throughout the entire process and never felt pressured. The ceramic coating they applied was spectacular—the paint looked better than when it came from the dealer. If you’re looking to get work done, I’d recommend them in a heartbeat and would pay whatever they ask.

I had an outstanding experience at E1 Autospa, from start to finish they did an excellent job. I first made contact with E1 via email. I wanted to get protective film installed inside my new car to prevent the piano black trim from getting scratched up. I did some research and discovered that XPEL makes the best films and tints for this purpose. On the XPEL website I looked for authorized dealers with great reviews. I contacted three of them and Katy at E1 was the first to respond. She gave me detailed recommendations, and the best price. I took my car in, the work was completed as described, and I was very happy with the result. I then decided (based on Katy's recommendation) to get all the glass tinted / covered with heat rejecting film. I was one of the people who thought that the darker the tint, the cooler the car would be - NOT TRUE - it's all about how much HEAT the film rejects, nothing to do with LIGHT. In fact, you can put clear film on a car that will still have 98% heat rejection. I put tinted firm on the front two windows, then did almost clear film on the back windows, rear window, moon roof and windshield. The difference is unbelievable. The tint isn't cheap but the quality of the work and heat rejection effect is nothing short of amazing. I am delighted with the job they did. Another thing to note is not how a vendor treats you when everything goes well, but how they treat you when something goes wrong. I had a very small issue with the tint on my windshield (not at all E1's fault). They immediately offered to redo the entire windshield for no extra charge. The issue is now completely gone and they will have a customer for life. Everyone at E1 was very nice, but MVP has to be Katy who helped me from start to finish. She really knows her stuff and also checked up on how the job was holding up several weeks after it was completed. Oh, did I mention, they also washed my car and put ceramic protectant on the paint. It looks like a million bucks. E1 gets 5 stars and my highest possible recommendation!

Wonderful experience! Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work at E1. They cleared up all the small swirls before ceramic coating my truck. Looks better than new and is now a breeze to wash. Thank you, E1. I will be bring my other vehicles.

I brought my 2011 black Tacoma in to see if they could do anything with the faded paint. The truck had never been garaged and the Texas sun had done its work on it over 14 years. They color corrected and Ceramic coated the whole thing and covered the badly faded roof with a color matching paint protective film. It looks brand new again and I couldn’t be happier with the top shelf service and outcome. Communication throughout the process including status photos was also amazing

Highly recommend E1! I had scuff marks all over my car from the May 2024 derecho storm - roof shingles flew off and scraped the paint. E1 was able to fully buff/polish out the marks. Additionally they polished out road rash marks on one of my wheels. The interior/exterior detailing is always superb and done quickly! Scheduling is quick and easy - Katy always responds quickly. I will always and only go to E1 for my detailing needs.

I rarely write reviews but the folks here definitely deserve one. I had what I think was a unique request regarding paint protection + ceramic. Quite a few shops wouldn’t even entertain my request seriously, and cast some doubts on their ability to do some items. Chris at E1 was super patient through the questions and iterations of paint protection packages I wanted to see. Communication was A+. The work I chose to do came back stellar. The installers seriously went above and beyond. The car was a new Cayman GTS, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. It’s super important to have some kind of trust with a new car like that, and I definitely had that. Very fair pricing, and a short turnaround for that kind of workmanship. I will be going back for any future needs for this car and my other car. Highly recommend.

Went here last week for car detailing only to realize that the trunk of my car is missing the lid handle. The service was not great either. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
