So much nicer and roomier and lighter than in Austin. So glad I visited.

Everyone who works here is as miserable as the people in the sweat shops making the clothes and the oceans filled with leftover textiles from this fast fashion industry.

30-day return policy in effect. Can't even get store credit! Family bought me some things for my birthday and mailed it to me. By the time I received it and tried to return it, it was 30 days. Never worn, all tags still attached and not even store credit, which I would have spent even more then the returned item funds. I really liked this clothing line but now I won't give them my business again.

Customer service is missing at this location. Called by the cashier to step forward to purchase, only to be ignored and interrupted so that she could transact with another employee. Made the purchase with no explanation for the delay or interruption. The sales cashier finished the transaction by not even acknowledging the sale was complete or a thank you for purchasing or being patient. I requested a manager in the store. The other cashier next to her told me to inquire about Reuben, the manager on the Men’s side of the store. I walked over and found Reuben, the manager, and as I was sharing my experience the cashier had walked up about 20 feet behind me to make faces and gestures behind my back. When I turned to spot her, he said I know who you are talking about as he was now smirking and starting to laugh. I know there are other places to shop where employees treat you as a customer.

I am a male and I always thought that Zara is a female only store. So this was my first visit and I was surprised to learn that they had a men section and had a variety of styles and fabrics that I couldn't get elsewhere. I ended up getting a few pieces.?

Four employees were around the kids' register area, with one lady assisting a guest with an online order. Despite waiting for more than 15 minutes in line, no one acknowledged or assisted me as they were chatting and checking their phones. When I asked one of the ladies if someone else could help me, she rolled her eyes and mentioned that only one register was open, suggesting go to the Men and Women section or use the self-checkout.
Experiences like these are why I dislike shopping in physical stores.I was hoping to purchase something for my daughter's picture day, but this incident left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. No customer service!!!

I loved Zara’s pants, but their store management and customer service will be a reason I never return. They have a ridiculous return policy and won’t back up their items that are deemed defective. A zipper is not “normal wear and tear” that breaks in half and comes off the track. I wasn’t asking for money back, I just wanted the same pair of pants that weren’t defective. Perhaps more sensitivity training towards customers would be helpful as well here.
The store won’t help you. Don’t bother calling customer service like the store tells you to because “they don’t know why they told you to call us”.
Editing to add - I am one of multiple people complaining about this manager. Do something.

I used zara online site to ensure the fragrances I was interested in purchasing was into stock at the memorial city location(of which the site showed the galleria and memorial had the three fragrances in stock). I had a previous experience when using the online option showed a fragrance was available but when going to the location, it was not in stock. To ensure, I was not wasting time as well as gas, I called around the store(memorial city mall) at 10:11am, again, to make sure the specific fragrances I was interested in purchasing were in stock. The Ivr provided other options to speak with a live rep, as the store location (memorial city mall) does not take/accept calls. I was provided a customer service number and spoke to a nice representative Dave, who confirmed the fragrances, including the specific sizes, I was interested in purchasing were in stock at this specific location. I went to Zara after work and seen 2 of the three fragrances. I was able to get an associate to assist me and she went to the back and grabbed what she “thought “ was the fragrance. I purchased the three fragrances thinking they were all the correct ones I wanted. I went to dinner and when reviewing my purchase, I realized one of them was not correct. I did open the box carefully and WITHOUT spraying the fragrance knew immediately, this is not the fragrance I asked for. I drove 20mins back to the mall and advised a different associate the situation. He asked if I opened the box and I said I did, but that i was just up here 2 hours ago. He advised me in a professional tone , that he would need to get his manager. He came back and advised me their policy is that if the box was opened they cannot accept the return. I rarely return items anywhere I go as I am VERY particular about the items I buy and typically do the same steps, as far as doing my own research when making decisions on if I am going to buy an item, such as reviews, quality, in this case the notes in the fragrance and ingredients to ensure longevity! I asked also in a professional calm voice, as this is retail and ai know how much of a headache people can be with their entitlement! The manager (a young woman) with glasses was right beside him and introduced herself ONLY as the manager. I explained to her the issue and she printed off a random receipt, showing in fine print that the box can’t be opened. When i viewed the small print, it did NOT say this verbatim l, however, it does state package must be returned in it’s original packaging, as it was. In a condescending tone, she said this is the rule. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with and/ or if I could obtain an email. Again, in a condescending tone, she advised customer service, would be who I would need to contact and they would tell me the same thing, “sorry!” As I was already tired, and I can and will take responsibility for not double checking the my items before I left out the store, my intentions l, as stated to the sales associate earlier ( my first visit up there), so specifically wanted a certain fragrance and the size (30mL). I then asked if she can look to see if the fragrance was in stock. She looked at me as if she didn’t understand my request and asked me to bring the bottle to her. I already looked and it wasn’t in the location where the other fragrances were. I went to look to show her they only had one of a similar fragrance but not the one I inquired as well as intended to purchase. When i walked back to the register, she dismissed me and assisted another customer, who was returning items and also requesting to get information regarding corporate due to the lack of professionalism her and her daughter experienced. I asked the gentleman who assisted me when trying to exchange the fragrance if he could at least look to see if the fragrance was available. He then ask for assistance from another sales assoc. but fragrance was not available. The lack of professionalism from the manager with her dismissing me and condescending tone is more of the issue I have!

Change your manager plz. This lady in memorial store thinks herself as a CEO of Zara ! Her attitude and grumpy face was another level. Zara been my fav shop , had to return two items which exceed the return policy date but this lady with Curley hair aka manager was about to spit on my face telling me I cannot refund you the money . I asked her for an exception she refused , I asked her for a store credit instead she refused and answered me like a robot about the store policy (offcourse with attitude ON ) BIG TIME ! That she can’t. Both items are perfect new condition with tags on . Being myself as a manager could have looked into customer profile and decide withir customer deserve one time exception instead of being like a robot.
Need some customer experience coaching skill , sometime you need to retain your old customer and keep them instead of looking for new customers . Worse customer service ever , it is a shame !
