Went in to return a set of bangles I’d purchased the day before. The bangles did not fit my arm, the manager refused to return them & I also had a receipt. He was the mens manager & he also refused to give me his name. I thought that was rather weird.

Worst Zara I've been to and I've been to Zaras across the globe. There are a handful of fitting rooms and on a busy weekend, they have a girl managing it who's job seems to be yelling at everyone to put the clothes back on the hangers. Like, I don't work here, you do?
Store design is so bad, clothes are all over the shop, on the floor, off hangers, all the whilst there is a woman yelling at customers in the fitting room, "Ladies put your clothes back on the hangers!"
It is the most ghetto Zara I've ever been to.

There was this shirt I really wanted and I saw online they had it at this store so I went and asked a worker first of all she didn’t speak English which is fine but I mean how am I supposed to communicate second she kept leaving me coming back took my phone that had the shirt I wanted on it LEFT again and I was standing there like a idiot without my phone in the middle of the store then she had me follow her around the WHOLE store just for her to go to the back for 20 minutes then another lady came out with her and asked what size I need she said we didn’t have that size so I asked for a different size she then said we don’t have any? Then I asked her what do you mean like you don’t have any in that size? No they don’t have the shirt like bruh had me running around with you and waiting just to not have the shirt also what a stupid question that lady asked wdym what size why even ask if you don’t even have the shirt I’m so confused? I was so angry it was a complete waste of time.

Most of the sales associate are rude and not even helpful! With the super long waiting line for the fitting room, they even ask each customer to put each item they tried back on every single hanger!!! What’s the staff for? It’s very ineffective and waste of time for customers. Never coming back to this store.

Terrible service. I waited in line forever because there was only one person on the cash register. I was making an exchange for an item that was one day past the 30-day return period. The woman at the register turned me away and told me to call customer service for an exception. When I called customer service, they said the decision was up to the store manager (she was standing right there lol). Clearly, they need to train their employees on the policies. Thanks for wasting my time and providing terrible customer service.

The curly haired guy at the front counter needs to learn how to work in a retail store and how to talk to customers. I was in a line to buy some colognes and when I walked up to him, he acted deaf. As soon I was about to pay, he just said ‘over there’ and started to talk to other customers in a different language. Hire people who have some manners to deal with customers and not be racist with them.

I purchased something at Zara on May 9th. The fitting room line was out the door and I wasn't able to try on every item. After review, a skirt I purchased did not fit and I was unable to return to the store that is far away until June 9th.
At this time, the employee at the register told me there was no refunds, store credit, or exchanges made after 30 days but that I could call their customer service. She wrote their number on my receipt. When I asked her if there is usually solutions when calling she said she did not know. I don't understand why their employee would be directing customers somewhere they don't know even works?
When I called the customer service, they told me that once I try to make a return at the store, the transaction is blocked and there is nothing they could do. They even told me they could not pull up my information, only the store can. The customer service team is a wreck. I asked multiple times to be transferred to a supervisor, to file a complaint with no avail as "they don't have a transferring process".
What is the point of having their consumers run around in circles if there was nothing they could do? The entire process was a headache and now I am out nearly $100.
