A complete disaster. The people in charge of this terminal have no customer service idea starting with Veronica Pena, I sent her 3 emails, never responds, ships the freight to the wrong address, I called and they hung up on me. What can I say, pro number 729565443

This company completely lies about delivery shipments that they KNOW they didn't deliver and refuses to be honest on their tracking. They legit told a company they delivered a package to me, and when I called to see why, they said they shipped the item back to the business, and refused to update my tracking to the truth. Forcing me to pay for an item that they didn't even deliver.

Samsung TV repair part has been in the hands of XPO Logistics in Houston for over a week and they can’t manage to transfer it from the East side of Houston to the west side.

Bad company all the way around! People with zero English speaking skills answer the phone. Ran late. No communication. The link they send you to track the truck doesn’t work. The customer service survey that calls you after the customer service call hangs up on you and doesn’t call back.

Bought a dryer & XPO was company contracted to deliver & install the appliance, & also haul away the old one. The delivery was on time , but didn't install nor haul away the old dryer, due to the wrong stacking kit for the installation. I talked w/ the XPO warehouse(while the delivery guys were still there)who assured me I could call them & reschedule an installation for the next day if the right stacking kit was purchased. After purchasing the correct kit later that afternoon, I called to reschedule only to be told that rescheduling is not done due to liablity issues so there would be no rescheduling. I was stuck w/ an uninstalled new dryer, still had the old dryer.When I called back, the girl said all managers were in a mtg and would call me back in 5 mins. Never heard from them. The delivery guys were helpful, but could only follow warehouse orders, so can't really blame them for this fiasco. Surprised that Best Buy, Samsung and others still use this company of liars for deliveries after some of the other horror stories I've heard.
