We recently had something delivered via XPO Logistics through Home Depot, and the experience was drastically different from our previous delivery with Lowe’s, which did not use this company. The delivery driver was highly unprofessional when we asked him to cover his shoes because we had just redone our floors. Instead of complying, he said he would not deliver our items and began loading them back onto his truck as we watched.
Home Depot didn’t address the issue by arranging a different delivery company; instead, they subjected us to another poor experience with XPO even though we begged for them to have a different company deliver our item. This time, the driver arrived earlier than scheduled and, when we called to let him know we had been waiting in the driveway for an hour at the set delivery time, he answered emotionally charged, arguing and blaming us and the hung up in our face.
If you need any major appliances delivered, go with Lowe’s or another competitor that doesn’t use XPO Logistics. If you see this company linked to your order, do yourself a favor and cancel it. It’ll save you the headache, time, and stress. Honestly, they don’t deserve a single star.

Sat at home a full day waiting but it seems my freight never even made it to a "terminal".An appointment was already set for today because an employee had already reached out to us to set one. The information online reflects this appointment.

A complete disaster. The people in charge of this terminal have no customer service idea starting with Veronica Pena, I sent her 3 emails, never responds, ships the freight to the wrong address, I called and they hung up on me. What can I say, pro number 729565443

They legit told a company they delivered a package to me, and when I called to see why, they said they shipped the item back to the business, and refused to update my tracking to the truth. Forcing me to pay for an item that they didn't even deliver.
