I agree that these guys should have negative stars. I have had two racks with two circuits with them for nearly three years. Their service was good when I signed up, then they got rid of the local people. Now you have to call their remote support line and talk to someone who will tell you there's nothing wrong with their circuit. Then, when you tell them you'll pay them to come onsite to test, they'll dispatch someone days later to test and finally agree that there was something wrong. Most recently we were offline for six days and had to move our equipment to our office so we wouldn't lose all of our customers.

This is the second weekend in a row that the circuits have failed. We can't access the building, they can't get a technician out soon. The entire purpose of a data center is uptime, and they can not manage that. If you are thinking about using XO I would suggest that you run the other direction, as fast as you can.

The service quality of this company has tanked since the Verizon takeover.It is really a shame. They are no longer worth the effort.

Their automated system sucks!!I would give ZERO STARS if I could. For starters, just to be able to talk to a customer service REP you have to go through their automated system which has about 3 sub-menus, each with 3-4 additional options, needless to say the very last option will allow you to talk to a rep. If zero is pressed more than once to by-pass it, the system will hang up on you and you will have to start all over again (!!). After you go through this frustrating system, you have to enter you acct number which is about 16 digits long with a whole bunch of zeros in between which makes it really hard to read. Finally, It will be unfair for me to say that all their reps don't care, I am sure there are some that do, unfortunately the last three reps that I have talked to in the last 60 days I've been getting an scripted response from individuals who have no personality and should not be handling phone calls.
