Ive been a well known, long time customer from XL Parts. Over the years I had a wonderful experience until one of the employees Jose calls me saying someone else was using my account without my authorization. So they closed my account without my permission instead of asking me if they can close it. I called back asking if I can re open my account so I can buy parts from them again but they repeatedly kept telling me they couldn’t do it and denied me. He didn’t work with me at all. I am UNHAPPY and NOT satisfied with his professionalism I recommend a lot of people thinking about opening an account with XL to not work with JOSE on Lee rd not professional and does not work with people. Especially a costumer who buys so much parts from there and has been a long time customer.

Not very friendly to walk up customers. Designed mostly for commercial accounts. Good thing just a block away is an Autozone, O'Reillies and an Advance auto parts stores. With this much competition you would think better customer service was a given. Last store I come to when I need any auto parts.

Poor customer service.. Came to this location with no one in line. Two people at the counter. Waited for 15 minutes. No one tried to help me. Instead one person continued to take orders on the phone while the other just looked at the computer.I left very upset and will never ,ever return.
