Staff took up the whole parking lot, then it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge I was even in the store no one said welcome In or even looked my way.

While their service and parts delivery is good, their returns department is the worst. Their delivery driver will take your core, issue you a credit slip on the spot, but after that you are on your own. I have fought for months trying to get credits issued, sent numerous people images of the return slips all to have them promise to issue you they credit, and then they never do. I went from $4,000 a month in purchases to almost nothing now because I just got tired of dealing with them. My time is valuable and you can get the same parts from other vendors.

The girl, I believe her name is Sydney is the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered while dealing with XL parts. They need to keep her somewhere in the back because her customer service skills are little to none. I frequent this establishment and have never had a non frustrating encounter with her.
