The worst customer service, the manager rene ponser doesn’t show up when needed , In addition they laying about warranty, I bought axel and got broken in less than 2 miles of driving and they didn’t replace it, I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a decent parts and service

The worst location to buy parts.They are very unprofessional and they don’t have any working ethics and they also waste your time just sitting around doing nothing and this happens almost every time you come here.Please don’t visit this branch if you have something important to do with your time instead visit The westpark branch which is absolutely excellent and they treat you very nicely at this branch

I am here at XL parts currently to pick up a part and the man attending me was so rude. I asked for his name and his reply was “what’s the number of the shop” disregarding my question completely. I asked his name because I was suppose to have a phone number of the place that sent me to pick up the part and I didn’t have it. I called the person that sent me to pick up the part and they asked for his name and I asked him politely and he answered me the way he did. Disregarding my question, it was a simple question and he wouldn’t give me his name. Customer service is trash. They should be wearing a name badge as well and no one is wearing one. Hector was the rude man that was assisting me and wouldn’t give me his name. A kind man saw me arguing with Hector and he offered to assist me and I made sure to get his name and his name is Thomas. I appreciate you Thomas for being such good representation of an establishment. They need more of him there.
