This company is very bad, I don't understand why they put a price in the store when you go to make the contract and then take another one off the card. I made a contract for 2 years of $52 a month. I don't hiva for that plan. I hiva for a prepaid I have always used that one but I let myself be convinced by 5 dollars more now it turns out that they take away the payment of 76 $ dollars depending on what my billing is going to do ((( I just clarified that I do not have Delayed payments ))) name be serious so be it 1$ you have to respect the contract that you give to the client from the beginning..........and don't think with we are very sorry for what happened have words and ready don't apologize respect and that's it

I’m not 100% sure about the other locations, but this location is Golden when it comes to customer service. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Parris, asking me what I needed right away. I told him what my issues were and he wasted no time assisting me. Long story short, i transferred my mobile service from Verizon to xfinity, but I did it over the phone and it inadvertently shut my entire service off. Being that I just moved here, i don’t know anyone, my mom calls me a lot. So i know she was worried. I expressed that to Parris and he allowed me to contact my mom using his device so that she knows I’m safe. While he try and figure out how to assist me. And y’all know Most people aren’t that nice, yet alone offer. They could care less. So, for that, I am most grateful. Parris not only fixed my device swiftly and without delay, he was extremely knowledgeable about the company and what services Xfinity provides. He gave me step by step instructions on how to set up my internet once I was home, and made sure my cellphone and Apple Watch was both activated n ready to go before leaving. There’s literally still hope for humanity yet. This will be my location from now on. Oan it’s super clean in there too. Other locations be a lil dirty. Just FYI

The wait times were too long for the amount of people they had working. They also forgot to add the coax able to my modem inconveniencing me even further. As a new customer, this experience has been really off putting.

Jayy is phenomenal. He is always knowledge and fixes my phone issues. One time my voicemail wasn’t working and he fixed it. No one else at any other location could. Miracle worker. Thank you so much Jayy!!!

Okay first of all the employees at the entrance door do not greet to non American people and talking with their phones or each others. second of all they DO NOT nothing about issues that the costumers have and at the end, the employees have poor communication skills and got attitude

Recently, I have canceled my account with Xfinity , and when I returned the equipment they told me that I was missing the TV stream box ; a box that I was never received neither they could show me where and when it was shipped to me.
Matter of fact, the Xfinity Voss store clerk “ Roberto Sanchez” told me that he could not even help me resolving that and that I should call the customer support line “ a lengthy service that is only available via text ” and according to Roberto that was the Xfinity policy. Immediately, I asked him for a store manager, I waited for over half an hour texting their customer support while waiting on a manger, and suddenly I was asked to leave the store” Apparently, the manager decided to get me escorted out and did not even bother to learn about the issue from his worker before he makes that call”. Here is my issue with the store and or maybe Xfinity as a company, if what the employees said happens to be the truth then as we all know, that is not a good service period,
Xfinity, like any other business have no issues taking payment online, over the phone, or at any store locations but they dictate who and where we can get serviced/served with any of the issues we have with them or their service and in terms of customer service “in my opinion” that is a very poor decision that I am not happy and no one should, but if the store workers were not accurate with their statement then sad for those of us who consider this store location for any type of service. Iverson Morazon “store manager”, nothing personal here, but in my opinion you should have handled this much better, at least you should have learned about the issue from both sides before making such a poor decisions, you walked to me asking me to leave the store and when I asked you why and to whether or not you know of the issue about you clearly said “ I do not know , go ahead and tell me “ , that should have been the first question you should have asked before asking me to leave .
Even worse, Xfinity customer support were able to resolve the issue and told me that I do not owe them that box and asked me to get a copy of the final receipt showing that I do not owe them any equipment and that is the account is closed and all good, but when I did they refused to do that and asked me to go to another store to obtain that.

They are misleading customer on Xfinity BOGO FREE . On first month they will deduct whole price ($60(2 lines)+$20(two line activation)+ tax).
The sales agent gives us false info that it will be $30 after we activated. But the real plan will get activated after a month of use. They are hiding this info and catching the customer. It's a cheat!
