Best Sales Representative hands downs go to DeNerrick!! He has been a great help each and every time I come in to the store. He always keeps me updated with what promotions he has available for me and my family. My bill has dropped more that 50% since I switched from AT&T. I am definitely one happy camper.

I went it to return some equipment and cancel my service. Unfortunately they could not help me because I just moved from another state but everyone was really nice and very helpful.

Okay so Xfinity sent me a survey because they are chronically texting me. I mistakenly gave a review that wasn't deserved and didnt know it was for the store visit. I assumed it was for the several phone calls I had to make since my internet has been out the last few days ????. I have been to this new location twice and both times I was helped by Ms. Alisa! She is absolutely amazing! If you're having issues, just go to THIS store and see Ms. Alisa.

This review is for the overall comcast company and service provider. I have never experienced such horrible service as far as cable, internet and equipment. The service is impacted on a hot day, cold day rainy day and regular day. My light company provides better service than this company. The only reason I have their service is because it came with my apartments amenities package. If your moving to an apartment that has comcast Xfinity included you are warned. It is 2023 and they still havent figured it out.

Big thank you to Noe and his manager I didn’t catch her name but they helped me out so fast and well I spent 3 hours on the phone with Xfinity and they did what they couldn’t in a fraction of the time. Outstanding

The customer representative rude and didn't know anything about what we were asking. He kept saying, " I don't know " everytime I asked him a question. I got the impression he just didn't care. I was helping an elderly neighbor and he made the experience much worse and confusing. We walked out of there like " these people just don't care!"..
