I'm giving one star because there's no option for less, horrible service, they told me at the beginning of my contract to trade in my phone ( S21 plus) and that I was gonna get a 800 usd credit, I got a S23 Ultra, but I still owe 1000 Usd, came back and they told me that is gonna pay off 800 usd in 24 months so it adds to your current bill, that's a total rip off don't do it people, they tell you that is 2 lines for 60 Usd and isn't really that I been paying no less off 120 usd every month, not worth it, and I just lost my old phone to, horrible store at willowbrook mall.

Customer service is bad. 3 sales men and a manager Geo on the floor not helping anyone. I approached one of the sales me playing with his phone on social media. I asked if he could help because we was just playing with his phone. He said we are waiting to see what who the manager is going to send to lunch. The Manager Geo need to worry about customers in the store before attending lunch.

Alex did a really good job tackling the problem I came to him with. Was patient all along the way and made sure it would fix the issue. For his service alone I wish I could put more than 5 stars.

I wouldn't recommend Xfinity at all. I'd been with them since 10/2021, here it is 11/2023. I'd opted for automatic payments. See the attached photos of how Xfinity sneakily doubled my monthly cost below . We've got to stop letting companies get away with this sort of robbery. It wasn't until I decided to cancel that I was then offered various cheaper rates, of course, as low as the original rate in which I'd initially started. If you can raise prices without consumer approval, appreciation should have Xfinity to automatically lower rates of consumers who've displayed or displaying loyalty.

Its beyond ridiculous how long the wait is. I came and told them my name, an incompetent women didnt sign me in. When I approached them and i was told i had to wait after the customer they were about to call up even after i had already explained that i had been there prior to that customer and two other. There was a guy trying to help me but he wanted me to wait for for the girl who made the error and she was with the same customers for over an hour. I am so disappointed, HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I was there for about an hour, Other people were also leaving. All i needed was to pick up a modem.... i saw many people just trying to drop off and they were making them wait for that. Some lady was upset she wanted to leave after waiting for so long to simply make a return. They need to have divisions cause obviously how they are running things is not going smoothly. If only i could give this store zero stars.

Came to drop off some equipment because I cancelled service.They were busy.That’s fine I can wait.I waited 15 minutes and the breaking point was that there were two employees who were helping customers but they where loudly singing along to the song playing on the speakers and giving each other high fives.That’s fine you can enjoy work but when you have 15+ people sitting around waiting it comes off as very disrespectful.Not only so but there was mother guy just stocking cases on the wall. ?????

My daughter sim stopped work after I suspended her line and reactivated it. Drove from 59 and 1960 in less than 20 minutes, to make it before they closed. Got there at 7:30 Waited for about an hour cause they were so packed. Took 15 minutes before we were even checked in. Employee who helped us said she was frustrated and had a long day. We were among the last ones in there and the store was closed by this time. She gave us a new sim and said it should be on in a few minutes. Wanted to see about upgrading my daughter's phone but the store employee seem so irritated, we just left. She didn't even activate the new sim, had to take it the next day to the Humble location.

Very slow not friendly at all. Wait time is ridiculous!!! Only 3 people working I’ve never saw anything like this. Been here 30 min it’s 7 people behind me! No urgency from staff

Seriously bad customer service. Dominique was actually trying to provide bad service. She was scrolling through her phone the entire time while talking to me and Never looking up to attend to my business. Two ladies were walking out when I walked in and they were also complaining about her. I tried to wait for another team member but they were busy. I simply needed to replace two boxes that weren’t working and she said they didn’t have two in stock to replace them. She took my boxes and never made the order to replace them. Today, 10 days later, I had to call and follow up with online customer care. The order was never made so I had to do it after a week and a half. If that’s the case, what is the point of going in person. I will never return to this location again. I’m shocked they let an employee like this stay working there. Definitely a turn off for loyal customers.

I was there yesterday and the customer service is the worst. The manager does not even help you. If the manager does not set a good example on what good customer service is, then you can imagine their staff. It always begins at the top. All i needed was to transfer my phone number to my new cell phone.I had been through the customer service call center several times since June 22, and then my husband went through the chat and they told him the number would transfer in 24 hours. It never happened. And after that i went to this store on June 26th. The manager did not look at the account he basically told me politely that he could not do anything to help me. And the other employees as well.So today as of this review Xfinity has not been able to transfer service to my new phone. Today is the 27th.

I turned in my equipment today. I can’t possibly Xpress how frustrating it has been dealing with a company that hides behind automated calls and pre-canned messages in this small of a space. (AT&T isn’t any better.) I’m done with them!
