BEWARE!! employees tell you want you want to hear even if it is not true. they also ask you to review their service immediately after your visit so you don't have time to realize what they said is a lie.

They make the process of picking up and turning in equipment very easy. I like how they are oriented around getting customers in and out of the store when they have service related questions. I have never bought anything in store but would if xfinity was my phone carrier and not just my internet carrier.

Too all may concern about this place. They will scam you and send you to collection if you don’t pay. I experience myself never had service with them and have to pay over $3,000.00 and they damage my credit by report me to credit bureau.Please, please run away from this place and if you with xfiniti, please change provider right at this minute

I've been a customer with this company for over 7 years at this point and service just keeps getting worse and worse! I went in today to change my address for my internet service and look at getting the new iPhone 15. It was over 6 employees in this store all standing behind the counter talking/ laughing amongst each other. There were only 2 customers in there before I walked in. No one greeted me or even asked if I needed anything. I stood there for about 6-10 mins.. After that I've just decided to take my business elsewhere! Terrible customer service! 10/12/23 approximately 11:30am

Very disrespectful... especially to people of color. The saddest part is the fact the store managers have to ask the workers how to do things. Furthermore, they allow the workers (who quit daily) to be outright unprofessional to you.

Rushed me out of the store to get the sale, completely mislead me, had no knowledge of the product. Seemed like nobody knew what was going on there. My wifi still doesn't work after they charged me for it. Called into the support line and they also informed me the store was incorrect on their part for what was said. Would recommend anywhere but here.

The MOST helpful group of staff I have worked with. They were all proactive in trying to get me the help I needed and went above and beyond. Give them all a raise and a box of donuts. I never write reviews - this is the first time i've felt compelled to write one. Thank you guys!

I have Xfinity for all my home communication/entertainment needs, including Mobile phones for the family. I pay over $400 a month to this company (for now). Yesterday my phone would not do anything at all. Couldn't select any apps, phone, email, texts, NOTHING. I tried to reboot and it went into a 'Blue Screen' state with nothing but jibberish on the screen. Frozen. I go into Xfinity, telling them the phone(Samsung A53) has been a piece of garbage since I got the phone. The person was sitting in the Managers Desk. She was young and seemed bothered. She pronounced her name as Galilaya. She did do something to the phone and it finally came up. She handed the phone back and said "Here You Go". I told her I would like a replacement. Her response was that the phone was working and that if I had any questions I could go to Best Buy and maybe they could help me. I did not like that answer since I bought this horrible thing at Xfinity. Also when I got that phone I lost all contacts. Was told that was an issue with Google. If you do not like being treated as a bother and like good customer service you should stay as far away from them as possible. Like she said "You can go to Best Buy". I urge you to listen to her words. When I make other arrangements I will be gathering all their crappy router and devises and dropping off at the same desk this lump sits at. Cannot wait.

I'm not a customer, but my client is! I would never switch to Xfinity! Your technicians are not at all knowledgeable about ANYTHING!! The customer service was mediocre at best! And I'm not an electrician so when I call as a paying customer I shouldn't be playing with wires because your techs are to lazy to come out!!! Sad sad these people are so sorry!!

The chat support and in store service is trash. I 'don't know' seems to be a answer that they are ok with. Let's if the CEO is aware of poor quality of customer to potential customers. I spoke with 6 different agents/clerks before getting the right and correct support. This ordeal took up my entire day. Frustration is an understatement.
