Me and my husband had to wait an hour and half just to change remotes, one of the workers chatted with one customer for too long and when checking in, it was scrambled only one worker was great was a named Jen and she was also frustrated about how her workers are not helping out and changed it swiftly

I have an awesome customer service at this branch. Second to none. A young man named Kevin attended to me. Was calm, knew his job and has excellent communication skills. He brought my attention to ongoing promotions and discounts, he explained my bills to me clearly the way no one has done. Keep it up. Will surely come back and recommend.

Sandy was a great help with me and my baby mama. She helped us switch over the phone light even though it was time to go but she still stayed and helped us until we were done. She was a very good help tonight.

The experience tonight was extremely disappointing. First, let me compliment the one true shining star at this location, Andrea (Andy). No matter what is going on, Andy is always available and will always go above and beyond. This evening, about 7pm, approximately an hour before the store was closing, I had contacted Andy to assist me with upgrading my wife's phone as a surprise gift for our 35th anniversary. As always, Andy went above and beyond and began working on the upgrade being that it was surprise and I couldn't go into the store with my wife just yet. Living ten minutes from the store, Andy messaged me to go ahead and come to the store and she would have everything ready. I made up an excuse to my wife of why I had to get to the store right away, and off we went. I arrived at the store at 8:03. The doors were locked, but there were still customers in the store. I was able to get the attention of and tell the security guard that Andy had asked me to come to the store and had been working on my phone upgrade. He turned and talked to store staff, then opened the door and told me to come back tomorrow. I asked him if he was speaking to Andy since she was the one working on my phone? He closed the door and began talking to the store staff again. A staff member not wearing her name tag, came to the door, and without opening it, just waved her arms in an "X" manner and moved her lips repeatedly to say "were closed". The security guard opened the door again and raised his voice "Come back tomorrow because we're closed!" I again pleaded, "Sir, can you please talk to Andy. It was Andy that asked me to come to the store, can you please talk to her so she can explain?" Another staff member, Jenni, came to the door and stated "The store closes at 8 and Andy is closing out our last customer for the night". I again pleaded "Are you all talking to Andy, because she can explain." Both staff members turned and began talking to another staff member that was on the phone and Andy. I could see Andy was attempting to explain the situation, but the one staff member on the phone continued to shakc her head. The door opened again and Jenni stated "We close at 8pm, and they (Xfinity) won't let us work past 8pm. We also have to close out and shut down our computers. You can come back tomorrow when we re-open." I didn't want to make a scene, so I left. Xfinity/Comcast has a "Customer Guarantee", that is posted on their website and reiterated in all their customer policies. It's a shame that the three Xfinity staff members that dismissed my wife and I in such an unprofessional manner have lost sight of that “Customer Guarantee” and the basic definition of customer service. Their behavior is the exact opposite of what Xfinity is striving for. Technically, if they would have considered the full situation, Andy was already working on my account and upgrade well before the store closed, and I should have been permitted in for the additional 10 to 15 minutes it may have taken to complete the transaction. However, as mentioned earlier, Andy went above and beyond, and was even trying to go further, but was not supported by the rest of the Xfinity staff present and witnessed by other customers in the store at the time.

Thank you Jennifer for helping me I just had vocal cord surgery and you were my voice and took your time to help me I was about to return all my equipment but thanks to God and you I was so grateful for you taking your time to help me even though it was closing time you still did an awesome job helping !! The young girl by the name of Hott was very unprofessional at her line of work. I walked in asked for help for an online order she didn't bother to ask what I needed help with started explaining to her about some equipment problem she walked to the back grabbed an modem thinking that's what I needed and sent me on my way. Didn't ask for identification or any proof of who I was or what I needed help with. Needless to say the equipment she sent me off with was not what I needed or asked for didn't ask for but was charged twice for something we had already ordered online! So watch out!!

We went in to pick up equipment, was automatically greeted by Rosie. She was super professional, courteous and FAST. She offered us new products and she was very knowledgeable about every item she had to offer. 5+ stars for Rosie !

I came to the store and was helped by the store associate Jenni she went Far and Beyond her job duty to help me get set up with my ACP account got everything corrected on my account with my name so I can continue service with Xfinity and because of her I will be visiting the store to go even further to get more items such as phone and tablet and possibly security items thank you so much Jenni for taking the time to assist me you are very professional patient kind and very knowledgeable in your job duties your store is very clean and I would recommend anyone who is reading this to ask for her

Horrible experience! All the employees are kind, but the manager is definitively too small for his position. Too entitled, with total disregard for customer service, he separates himself from the business instead of embracing the Xfinity brand to take responsibility. His pride blinds him so bad that he cannot even stop to ask himself, "What can I do to help?". But, of course, that question requires some humility to ask it to ourselves and even more to answer it truthfully. If there is really nothing you can do to help, a positive attitude and empathy for your customers will go a long way, especially to avoid 1-star ratings.I hope that if you are an Xfinity customer and you ever have to go to this store to talk to the manager, the manager has matured enough to learn about business and customer service, so he treats you better than he treated me.

Absolute terrible to cut my service loose cuz I couldn't afford it I had the phone service but I couldn't afford the internet service no more so they went up on my bills I have to go discontinue them

If you are having any problems or need any help with Xfinity, this is the store to go to!! Jenn was amazing and very professional!! Came in with problems and she was able to get me taken care of very Fast !! Would highly recommend this location to anyone and would have rated 6 STARS for awesome customer service !!!

There are 3 representatives at the store only on is taking payments as I know they all can take payments we have been sitting here patiently waiting for a man to come through the door and he gets service immediately I am upset about this my dad has health issues and can’t stand for a very long time
