Went to the store on Friday. Got some help, but when I came back in not even 10 minutes later, I got a little bit more assistance, which followed with the sales rep finishing his help with someone, then on to the next customer. When he was talking to me with my phone in his hand restarting. Gave it back with no word and had me standing there, was he waiting for my phone to die so he could send me off and say they couldn't help? It was on 9%. He didn't tell me if I had insurance on my phone or not. All I was told was I didn't have an upgrade. But with any other customer he was talking up a storm as long as it was making a sale. So I walked out the store asking out loud if anyone was going to help meAnyways, 6 days later, still having the same issue, but not wanting to deal with not being helped to the full extent. The SAME guy was there today and asked if I needed help, but I told him I would wait on the other guy named Larry, and I tell you what, he was more helpful and explained more than the past week, and instead of wanting to walk out. I ended up getting a phone when I was just going to bring another phone to replace the SIM.TLDR; Larry is who can help you out and is very helpful if you want to get taken care of quickly and efficiently

Comcast/Xfinity is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. Worst customer service ever. The bigger you frown, the bigger they smile.

Do not get the s21 fe or any samsung fe phones they gave us a phone that won't connect to wifi and mobile hotspot + bluetooth they give you the run arounds to contact samsung or assurance!

They have bad customers service, I have visited this store twice because I needed assistance with my phone. They ended telling me what could I do ,but they didn't teach me how.

There was a long line - but they had multiple people working and were able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes! The security guard was also really friendly (I don’t see that very often). I was extremely pleased with everything!

I had to disconnect my service at home over the phone, the person ask me to return a box at an xfinity store or at UPS. at the end of the conversation I ask him if I could send my Mom to return it since I wasn't able to because I work, he said sure no problem just have her bring an ID. Today my Mom when to the store with everything in hand and they didn't take the box because supposedly I had to be present at the time of the return. She went to UPS down the road and was in and out in less than 5 min.

Xfinity customer service royally messed up my account. Lost my phone number and plenty of other mishaps I dealt with for FIFTEEN DAYS! I decided to go into the store and Byron fixed everything. I appreciate him so much ! Unfortunately, after everything that’s happened we will be going with another provider and advising all of our friends and family to do the same. But i am so grateful for Byron for getting my number back and being patient and thorough in the process (unlike the reps on the phone )

Karen is the most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful Xfinity employee that I have ever met in my 3 years of having Xfinity services. She was even able to conveniently help me out which accommodated well to my schedule.I have loved the services and the perks Xfinity has provided but other employees and I have always had trouble finding my accounts. And no one has truly been able to find a solution to that problem. Until I met Karen! It was a long process but the fact that she had the patience to help me out made the biggest difference. Now, I am truly happy with Xfinity and can get into my accounts with no struggle!

Mar was such a wonderful help. She helped me get my tech out to our house. The manager Carrie on the other hand needs more training. How can you interrupt someone while they're getting help to ask your employee a question??? Shouldn't a manager know what to do..
