Stay away from Xfinity, period. This is a company with the morals of a snake. They will lie to you through outsourced cons. They will set you up to lose hundreds of dollars and leave you with no phone and no service. This store was beyond rude, white collar crime. Do not ever give them your credit card number. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I went in to start internet service, Vincent was wonderful, and helped me well. I recommend him as his customer service was stellar. We were having home issues connecting our service, and decided to just stick with what we had.We returned to the store the same day, to return the product and cancel service(which we didnt actually start) but my wife was immediately met with a terrible employee, Ashley, she asked for my id, my wife said no, because we didnt need an id to start our service, there wasnt a reason to give my id to end our service. Ashley, then accused us of fraud! And said there was no way we started service without my ID, which was false, because i started with my social. Ashely said she wouldn't keep helping us because we were committing fraud and that she was moving onto the next person. I demanded a manager and Imari came to help, she then canceled our service, because we could verify everything in the account, that was less than 2 hours old. And Ashley (who walked away) came back to question her manager's decision, her manager then corrected her and Ashley moved on, and immediately went to loudly complain to a coworker in a corner of the shop. Amari gave us a receipt, and apologized. This job is all good customer service, meaning Ashley doesn't belong.

Staff here are like juvenile clueless when it comes to cancellation. They will be very happy to sign or get you to buy but when you have to cancel, they will not put the effort to help you. There wasn’t anyone in the store before 6pm…staff were staying around. I felt like they are getting commission for sales…but this horrible experience of returning is enough for me to say NO to Xfinity. I had Xfinity for nearly 12 yrs at another location but that’s gonna change for sure

Now this store has great professionals but that call center and chat staff need help! Unprofessional, unwilling to try. Their systems also need updating to reflect both cable/internet and mobile. Everyone does not have both services. After 3 hours of attempting to switch cell service I received adequate assistance from 3 associates. Yes, 3 different transfers for one small request. Those associates did try and succeeded in helping. However, if you can choose another service provider do so. They have however continued to bill my credit card fraudulently and when I call to dispute they cannot locate my acccount (because I switched a month ago) AND they continue to state the switch is still in progress. This whole company ia fraud and I am filing with the BBB.

Customer service is not great. There was a female staff in that store that was just horrid. I saw a customer in front of me get yelled at because her English wasn’t strong enough. It was incredibly uncomfortable to watch.

Went by there today to drop off the Flex TV box. In dropping it off they would not accept their power cord, remote or even the box that they’d sent it in. Customer service was lacking, the guy with the long dark hair refused to give his name and told me that if I didn’t like it I should just leave and take it to a UPS Store. Then when I got home I found that he’d inadvertently terminated my internet service. I returned and he said that there was nothing that he could do. Terrible customer service and the prices keep increasing. I’m switching to AT&T.

Me and my son Erick had a great customer service experience at the Westheimer location with Imari first my son bought the Xfinity Wi-Fi and she took care of us that we told her we will be back for the Xfinity phone service and we did. I would like to say if your looking for Xfinity Wi-Fi or phone service go see my girl IMARI she will help you out. Thanks Imari for helping us your a rockstar. ?

Today's experience at Xfinity was not pleasant. The associate was very informative. This my second time dealing with him. Last time he tried to be unhelpful as well until i insisted that they did have the product, and he finally found it.

I went into the store an all the reps were on the back. When someone finally greeted me I told them what I needed and were completely disinterested in what I was saying because the lady who spoke to me was facing her coworkers and continued her conversation. She handed me a piece of paper and just told me to call. I have a friend that works for xfinity and he told me the store could help me with my issue rather than trying to resolve this over the phone. Horrible customer service at this location. Don’t waste your time coming here.

IMARI Just want say thank you for your courtesy and help. Even i waited in line for 15 mins and one of the employee (white) skipped me and help the people behind me, i really apprecite your help. Plus i didn't received any text message from xfinity regarding reviews. So i just leave the review on google. Keep up the good work!

These associates have no idea what their doing, they don't know Xfinity policies and procedures. It's embarrassing as a long time Xfinity customer. I went to get a phone on Xfinity mobile and was given all types of invalid information. I called Xfinity when I got home to verify what was told to me by in-store employee. The associate from customer service told me I was given false and unnecessary information. Maybe this was a new or bad employee but a bad first impression because I usually go to the Xfinity store on Voss.

Service is seriously dreadful, getting someone on the phone is like going through a maze. I have had to call over 15 times just to fix a mistake that xfinity made in transferring my services. I went from paying 20 dollars a month to 86 because of their mistake they haven’t fixed or care to.

Came in at 11:50am to drop off a cradlepoint from Comcast. It was extremely busy with only two people working and one person checking someone in. Totally understandable if they were understaffed but at 12:10pm three more people come out from the back. It seems like it was their lunch break. Stores like xfinity where a lot of working people come in during their lunch hour it unacceptable that no one was helping in that time period. The store should stagger lunch break or have it later or earlier in the shift so the employees can eat but also the store can keep functioning during lunch hour. I saw a lot of people leave during this time because they had to go. I don’t need to talk to anyone I just need them to take my equipment but people who showed up after me to pay their phone bill were getting helped before me. The female checking people in was really rude as well to customers not looking them in the eye when talking and just dismissing them and their concerns. Everyone else was fine and nice. Overall left at 12:20pm, the process took me 1 minute to drop off but spent 30mins there.
