Walked in to add a security cam to my plan, Caleb told me about the mobile promotion so i switched my mobile service. There was a manager right there to help the process move forward rather quickly.

If there is one thing we can all agree on it’s that this company should be disbanded by the government before AI completely takes it over. Extremely hard cancel service and their website, chat services and automated phone line take you in infinite circles.I was eventually able to get through to someone by scheduling a call, with an agent who immediately cancelled my service before I could tell him I needed it for another couple days, so had to spend another 30 minutes setting it back up for the remaining 2 days before I moved. Then they tried to bill me for the full month and I had to connect yet again (found out selecting the billing option is much faster!), to get them to reduce it to the 2 days of prorated service they agreed to. What a mess…

I have always received great service from this Xfinity store. The clerks have been helpful, and I have no complaints about my Xfinity service either. Most recently, I went in to grab an extra coax cable for my TV, and the employee gave me 2 cables for free! Would recommend this location.

These people will literally lie to you about how much you will be paying and what services you will receive, to get you to sign up. I don't know if it is xfinity policy or if it's just at this location. If you are gonna sign up at this horrible company look up the prices of everything online, so you don't get lied to by the employees here.

I came into this store to upgrade 2 of my phones and the associate told us that the promotion currently listed on the Xfinity website “has not been updated” & “per the manager they cannot do the promotion since it is not a new line activation”. Very disappointing and frustrating. We had to drive an extra 20 minutes to the next Xfinity & they took care of us.

I wish I didn't have to give this review 1 star. I went in to this location today to buy a replacement phone after having a very horrible experience with customer service over the phone trying to place this same order. An employee by the name of Andi came to assist me. First off she had me waiting several minutes while she went and retrieved a tablet. When she finally returned she was trying to tell me about a promotion or something for my home services. I told her that I could not understand her or hear her. She repeated it again at this point I told her I don't understand what you are saying I just need a phone. I told her which phone I wanted she checked and said it was out of stock in store but she could order it. I was already frustrated because I was told the phone was available. So I asked her how long does that take because my phone is damaged and I need a phone. She rudely stated next day. Then she doubled back and told me the phone was out of stock and couldn't be ordered. I didn't appreciate the customer service she was providing I stated I wanted to cancel the service. She again rudely stated I had to call customer service and she did offer me my account number so I wouldn't loose my number. I thought about it and asked what phone was available so I told her to go ahead and let me have the black one, She stated I was just trying to help you and walked off. I looked at the customer standing next to me who was also complaining about the customer service she was receiving as well. Andi came back with the phone I told her I didn't want it but I wanted to speak with a manager. She went to the back waited a few minutes and came back and told me the Manager wasn't there yet. I laughed and just walked off. She is a very poor representation of Xfinity. Which honestly the customer service whether over the phone or in store is trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They went into my yard leaving my gate open and my dog got out. Not to mention the guy seen it and did nothing. This my first attempt for them to respond since you can’t get a live person. Next one is all the exposed wires to the FCC. If you can’t put things back how they go then maybe you shouldn’t go into peoples yards. I will be reporting this on every level possible. Went in for a phone upgrade, no line just straight to the counter. Andi helped me with my transaction and got me a nice better plan. Thank you for the fast service.

Your website sucks and provides the worst user experience I have ever seen. This is also applicable to the service — the internet consistently goes out yet the prices also rise? Getting solutions and help from an agent is the best part, it takes forever to get to a real person with all the bot chats. I HATE XFINITY.

Worst experience I have had with a “company” in quite some time, if not ever. Went into store today and signed up for home internet. Was very clear in telling the representative that I download lots of videos from a cloud based server as part of my job and was assured their service would meet my needs. Took forever to activate the modem, then discovered that their download speeds are beyond slow. 2-3 hours to download a 1.8 GB video. Took 6-7 minutes to download the same video on my T-Mobile hot spot. Their “customer service” is solely limited to text chat, and after 2-3 hours of being assured that my issue was being resolved, I finally gave up. DO NOT GET XFINITY HOME INTERNET SERVICE!

Faris and Caleb are AMAZING!!! So incredibly helpful and spent extra time and stayed late just to ensure I left the store with my mission accomplished. They are incredible employees - highly recommend this location!

I recently went in this store to do a warranty phone exchange. I was told that I had to call Xfinity customer service to get a label to return the old phone. I called customer service and was told that I had to return it to the nearest Xfinity store to return it.I went in today and was told by Andi that I would have to get a shipping label to return it. I explained to her what I was told and that they needed to take the phone. I also explained what customer service told me and that they made a note on my account about returning it to the store. I asked for a manager, and she just repeated that they will not take the phone. I told her to look at the note on the account from customer service and she said she didn't care what the note said on my account and refused to look up my account. I said how I was told to take it there and leave it there, so I was walking away while I left the phone behind the counter with her. There was a light skinned male that worked there and he grabbed the box with the phone in it and threw it at me when I started taking pics and it landed on the floor. I took pics and video of the incident.I feel the male should not be allowed to work in a place that works with the public with his extremely hostile, aggressive and unprofessional behavior. Andi needs to be trained in proper customer service as she refused to listen, contact a manager and not look up the account. I guess they just wanted to go back to playing on their phones like they were doing when I walked in. I highly recommend looking for another store to do one's business with.

I’d give a zero if possible, I’m now on my third call to the company in the last 30 minutes and the automated system won’t let me talk to a real person since I have an outage in my area. It’s a circular system that keeps looping to the main menu. My internet has gone out multiple times this month for hours and days at a time and I work from home. Xfinity customer service is non existent because you can’t talk to them. If you have other options use someone else for internet.

Absolute trash store with garbage staff. If your only option is this store, I would choose a different internet provider entirely. Trust me.Notice they don't even have a yelp page? Probably because it was negatively reviewed into oblivion.
