I’ve visit this location quite a couple of times, and every time I walk in every single employee seems to just stand around upfront and be helpless. You should take care more of your customer service here.

I am writing this review to address a concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment, I experienced racial profiling from one of your staff members, which was deeply disappointing and made me feel unwelcome. Furthermore, the subsequent subpar customer service I received compounded my frustration.Despite reaching out to your management team I have not received any follow-up or acknowledgment of my concerns. As a first time customer I will never return again

Wow. 1st time there my convo with register person: What's my phone number? What's my name? Then the Young lady becomes dismissive because I give a look of confusion. With an attitude, she goes, it's for a rewards program we dont call or send text. Ok I don't want to join ( my thoughts is at least ask, don't just make it like it's mandatory). Have a good day is her response with no eye contact and walks away. Great decision in not joining. Whether training or just her attitude, it should be addressed. Completed my transaction with a feeling of belittlement. That's the new customer service I guess.

Love this store. Prices are affordable on name brand shoes and clothing and they honor a military discount. I always leave feeling like I got an amazing deal.

This WSS on Westheimer is hoverboard the quality of services for in this poor ethics the cash is behind the counter are actually scamming they take your receipts and act like that did he get it or you didn't bring it in after returning the item or trying to swap out a purchase I suggest to not come to this one go to any one they watch from the store and they make you feel like you're less than a human while shopping and their establishment if you come in here to return the item or purchase one make sure that you have everything that you need necessary to show proof of the purchasecuz they will argue you down and make you feel like your the one wrong horrible shopping experience ever the cashiers that are behind the counter are untrustworthy and it's not honorable I would think twice before coming to shopping at this location
