They don't even deserve the first star because two weeks ago I bought a pair of Nike tennis shoes and they fell off and today I went to change them and they told me that they can't change them, I thought they had a little respect for the customers but in my case I I feel disappointed in this place, I have been a customer of the store for more than 3 years and unfortunately I will never be able to set foot in your establishments again, thank you

No one is picking up the phone I have several times even called corporate office no one answered that is ridiculous, but did get in contact without some one else on the line and he did transfer me the call but the store direct number no one is picking up the phone why have employees working and not wanting to pick up the phone or the phone is not updated or something.

I went with my boyfriend yesterday to the store and the girl who helped us at the checkout made an unpleasant comment with a boy about the tennis shoes we were buying. Seriously, I felt offended, but not only me but everyone who was there. . The funniest thing was that his comment was in English as if one didn't understand. I thought it was disrespectful

The truth is that my purchase was very good and everything, but I came back to ask about whether I could return the tennis shoes and in reality I didn't have the box anymore, but just in there was a colored man, by the way, very bad-faced and very rude, I think the manager hadn't even done it yet. I asked the question and he immediately told the person at the counter that I wasn't very negative yet, I wasn't even asking and I spoke first on the phone and I told them that I no longer had the box that they accidentally threw it at me and they told me that they could always change it. and when the tennis shoes were not worn and of course I had not used them that is why I went and the truth is I do not plan to return to that store
