IF YOU HAVE A DOODLE OR POODLE DO NOT USE THEM! If I could give them zero stars I would. They lack the knowledge and skills the handle dogs who have a dense and more wool like coat who are doodles and poodles. Shaved my dogs tail and ears and head that weren’t matted. FYI doodles and poodles should be bathed prior to using clippers so their fur is clean and fully blown out. Essentially used clipped and curled and non brushed out / blown out fur and called it “matted” . I was a first time customer to this location and I will not be going back. They ruined my dog and now she looks weird. Did not communicate any of this to me before doing it. I am extremely upset and now it’s going to take well over 4 months before my dog has any kind of hair back on her ears tail and head absolutely ridiculous. I would have rather the groomer given me my dog back if he lacked the skill and knowledge. He should be fired or only placed on bath duty since he doesn’t know how to groom doodles and poodles.

They also shared that you have grooming, or you can groom your own pet. You can wait. They have different shampoos for ANIMAL is allergy prone skin issues, a plethora of knowledge regarding your lovely pets.

I've been a loyal customer for years, regularly bringing my beloved dog, Tinkerbell, to this location. Today, however, I was stunned by the manager’s choice of words when he called to say you no longer groom “ancient” dogs. Ancient? I wasn’t aware I’d booked an appointment with an archaeologist. While my dog may be older, I didn’t realize respecting your long-time customers had gone extinct along with the dinosaurs. To make matters worse, when I pointed out that vets don’t typically groom—they just shave—he rudely snapped, “Exactly, I’m not a vet!” Well, apparently, he’s also not in the business of customer service. ***EDIT:**
I want to clarify that I paid for the full grooming service for my other dog, and I will not be paying for a service that was not completed. We had agreed on the payment terms before I left, and I kindly request that you review the camera footage to verify this. Additionally, I have not received any communication from your side, either by voicemail or text. I am also happy to provide my debit card receipt as proof of payment. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. Thank you.

I usually avoid posting negative reviews, but after hearing my fiancé in tears because of how she and our dog, Tinkerbell, were treated, I feel compelled to share our experience. The manager not only refused to groom our dog but also made rude comments, suggesting that Tinkerbell is too old and should be taken to a vet which she would be shaved instead of properly groomed.
While we understand Tinkerbell is an older dog, she’s a beloved member of our family who deserves to be treated with care and respect. This interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful to both my fiancé and our dog, who has been with us for many years.
I would genuinely like to know what specific issues led to the refusal of service, as we were left feeling frustrated and upset by the experience. As it stands right now, I highly do NOT recommend this business.

I asked for a specific haircut for my puppy and even I showed them a picture of my puppy with that haircut which has been done before.
while they take care of my appointment on same day but they didn’t deliver the specific haircut I asked them and showed them the picture of it. And instead they did a different haircut which I don’t like it that much.

We have been taking our girl Sky to this location for a while now. Sydney always does an AMAZING job and we are very happy with the work and love/care she provides to our Sky ?. The front staff has always been great and very helpful whenever I had questions. I have no complaints and we are very grateful to have found such a great place. Thank you all so much!

You may think that Woof Gang is only for dogs, but they also do cat grooming too! My cat Garfield has been mini groomed/flea bathed here. Appointment process is simple enough. The groomer is very considerate of felines here! They try to do all they can in one sitting to not stress the pets out as much. If you need your dog/cat groomed, consider them as a good option!

Rosie came in for a trim and was seen by Saturday! The groomer did a great job giving Rosie a fresh cut and even paid attention to every detail. Her nails were sanded and buffed and the slight matting under her ears was tamed. The store front here at Wolfgang is also very impressive. Lots of toys and treats available and fresh frozen goats milk available.

I have taken Cowboy here twice as well as my previous baby here prior. I always know the folks here are going to take care of my babies, and let me know if there are any issues. We are so lucky to have found a location that takes true care of our babies & make them feel so special!

A million thanks to Randy and the wonderful team at Woof Gang Bakery. I took my matted Emi in today for a wash and cut. Emi is under 5 lbs and gets really nervous. She was given the time she needed and came out with a beautiful cut. Can’t wait to see you next month Randy!!
