From the first moment the manager was very friendly and accessible in everything even though it was just her in the office. The concierges always responded to fix everything. Although the apartments are in a busy area, they are safe and the neighbors are very friendly.

I was a resident there for over 5 years and it has been a rollercoaster staying there mataince barely fixes anything I had a hole in my ceiling for about 2 weeks and it took them a month to come fix it the Management is a liar and low key racist she'll totally ignore you if you're Black or she'll file wrongful evictions against you I did several work request to have things fixed in my apartment and things never got fixed there are plenty of rats and roaches in the apartments it's not the best place to live

I came here under trying circumstances I had spent a long time on the street as a homeless person. This was a different experience for me. I have been here a while now and its grown into a feeling of being at home. The manager here is a lovely young woman very competent and friendly and has been very responsive when I have had needs .All things considered a pretty cool place.

The 2nd floor floors are ripping apart not a good service the manager is bad with kids and she is not even here most of the time and if u ask them to fix something the won’t do it and the rent is too expensive for the bad service

We moved here in June of last year and we absolutely love this complex. The management is A-1 ! So helpful and friendly. The manager is always available whenever we have needed her and the maintenance personnel are great. We were nervous moving to the Houston area because we didn't know anyone, but since we moved here to Woodvine we have been treated like family by our neighbors and made tons of new friends! Woodvine Apartments is a great place to live!

Manager is willing to listen to any issues and will send repairs asap. Even if there are issues she will respond in effort to fix them. Quiet neighborhood.
