Excellent bank, I am very happy, the customer service is really very good, most of the time I visit the bank, Jonatan Jaimes has helped me, always very friendly, very good customer service, whenever I can, I recommend the bank to my friends because it is really good.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Around 10:15 am on a Friday. It was a black man and a young Hispanic man. They didn’t speak to me when I walked in they just were flirting with each other. Finally after they were done with their conversation the Hispanic man asked me what I needed I said to cash a check.he never told me we’re to go so I stood on one end of the counter after I brought everything out he finally told me to go to the other end. Still not speaking to me w respect after I got in his face. I handed him the check and handed him the id. Key word handed. He put my I’d on the counter. I have nails, I couldn’t pick it up off the counter I asked him to hand me the id just like I handed it to him. He told me “that’s how we do it here”. I said well maybe y’all need to learn some manners. The black man came up to him snatched the money and tossed it on the counter. Corporate is being called.
