Worst cabinet company ever. I am within the 1 year warranty period. Moved into my house in Nov 2023.I have been going back and forth with this company about my kitchen cabinets. I chose black cabinets for my kitchen. Each cabinet is stained differently and looks awful. Their inspector came out twice (same guy), took pics and left. First time, company sent 4 cabinets to be replaced in the entire kitchen. Now the company got back with the builder and said there is nothing wrong with the cabinets.

We signed a contract with builder and they used Wisenbaker design centre for home needs. Issues started from design centre walkthrough itself, the representatives not sure what to recommend to the customer for home needs and always try to show the higher value upgrades and truly unprofessional and difficult to get their appointments. After we move in, we had so many issues with cabinets and countertopsand ti now it is not fixed.

Purchased a new home from a builder. They use Wisenbaker cabinet. poor quality, way worse than IKEA.

This company has horrible customer service. Just trying to get them to answer a phone call and call you back is extremely difficult. Once they do call you back they're not helpful at all. Would not use this company again.

The wood flooring in our Coventry Home was being replaced by our builder so we were directed to go to their design center to pick out our flooring. I've never received such rude service in my life. Save yourself and find somewhere else because I promise you don't want to deal with their staff.
