I ordered from restaurant in Spring Tx off Grand Parkway through Door Dash for a number of entrées for our family dinner. I ordered a Fried Catfish dinner which is supposed to come with lemon wedges, coleslaw, tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. Nothing arrived with it. Only a box of cold catfish fillets with no condiments at all. This is not the first time this has happened. When we have ordered food delivery from your restaurant it is not unusual for items to be missing. Door dash’s solution is to credits me back $3. That does nothing to make my meal the least bit enjoyable. So, my solution is that I have finally learned my lesson and I will never order from, visit or recommend your restaurant again.

Local and head office for Willie’s Grill and Icehouse and Fajita Willie’s. I love Willie’s and it’s nice that they are from Houston. Fries catfish and shrimp is my favorite along with those onion rings! The absolute best onion rings I’ve ever had.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. My wife and I went to the one on I-10 and Fry Rd. We have been to this location several times. But today as in 5-26-2019 I was I formed I couldn't sit at a table while my wife ordered. I have a great deal of trouble walking after three back surgeries and I use two canes. The waiter said I can wait at a table for her and they don't have a bench or anywhere to sit otherwise. So I guess handicap people are not welcome so... So long Willie's.

Well the reviews aren't lying..Willies on 290 and Jones is absolutely terrible!! My bf likes the food so each time I have to call and ask the manager to make sure the food is correct..Gerald actually has an attitude when I requested it, after telling him hey you guys mess up orders consistently...last time ordering from there. They don't care about good service or repeat customers! READ THE REVIEWS!! They are accurate

How are you running a business when your restaurants dint even have working phone numbers..??? Your company is a bad joke at best, I placed an order and it was never delivered, when I called the restaurant their phone rings once and then states “no one can take your callâ€, this was the 290 cypress location, you have lost a customer and believe me not I will spread the word to all my customers on not going to your restaurants, I see around 12 new customers daily, do the math aholes

I'm done with Willie's at Jones and 290! How can they continually screw up orders and then not take responsibility for there screw up. Food not cooked, food missing, and totally incompetent and uncooperative manager. She couldn't even credit my card for the food that wasn't cooked or food not received! Done and never going back to this Willie's again. Get new management!
