Took me 30 minutes to get a sandwich in the drive through. Not because it was crowded but the service is super slow. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I’ll try to avoid this because every other outlet gets the order in 5 minutes

We had placed a large catering order with another Whataburger location before the storm hit. We have no power still and neither does the Whataburger. I called and spoke to Manager Brenda who worked to fulfill my original order and came through for my family as we are hosting a graduation party today! So grateful!

Food was cold both hamburger and fries. I called to speak to manager Michael and was kept on hold for 5 minutes. This is BS and not acceptable. Wendy's Dave's double meat and fries are better BTW.

I order breakfast at 12:30am and asked for the coffee and she said we don’t serve coffee at this time.Very disappointed!!.

I went there about a week or to ago to get food after clocking out of a double. Was really exhausted and starving. The drive thru person, i think her name was Ashley or something like that, was being rude for no reason. I am very soft spoken as Ive been told and i sometimes struggle at the drive thru because sometimes they wont hear me but i raised my voice and I asked for a #12 meal and was told to wait by the doors. So i did, she comes all mad about how i didn't listen to her and was waiting at the wrong spot. I felt a bit embarrassed because i just did what i was told. Idk the whole experience made me feel awful :(

I order from Uber eats here and they never have the order or the accept the order and then “stop taking Uber eats orders” after accepting them. Then they don’t even notify the app or the drivers that are constantly being connected to this restaurant.They need to do a better job of handling their Uber eats orders.The food is good but the communication and service is very poor

Didn’t even go around a meal time, the order took 30 minutes longer than the pick up time. I don’t even know why they have an app.

We had another poor experience at this Whataburger recently. We placed our order in the drive through and had to wait 9 minutes to pick up our order from the window. We live nearby and when we got home our burgers were cold. I complained to the 800 # and they told me they would get their “Escalations” department to contact me and rectify my problem. No one has returned my call once again. Very disappointing.
