You might as well do it yourself. I paid for tire cleaning and the ladies who cleaned my car left them dirty. They didn’t do a good job cleaning the interior either. It was basically the same as I left it.

Hi My name is Yesica,
I went to my favorite carwash happy that i was going to clean my brand new car. As i went in through the entrance to the rails the person that was there to assist me did not tell me how to place my left driver wheel. As i went in i heart a bump instantly i though my rim. I finally got out the carwash and they were going to clean as i payed $35 for the wash. I glanced at my rim and there was a bump scratch that look liked it had just happen and i instantly knew it happen there when i was entering the rim. I called the manager told him what happed he said he would go and look at the cameras. He took forever never came out. I went in the carwash asking for details he told me that he has seen the camera that my car was not damaged there. Very unprofessional by the way he went out side and start talking loud calling me a liar in front of the other coworkers and clients. He made me fill out a complaint form but i am very upset because i know my car did not have that my car has sensors everywhere i take care of it because i know how much it cost me. I have been coming to this carwash for years and this has never happened i would always leave happy. Just know that i will never be coming back. I really need this resolved. Do not go there look at my rims they didn’t even get clean???

I paid 35 dollars for a service, the price seemed decent to me, the only thing I didn't like was that they had a lot of people, so they didn't detail the cars as much according to the price, which was annoying because of the people who were cleaning They made a face of annoyance when you arrived, even the boy who was cleaning my car entered the lobby so that the girl who was there came out to help, the girl made a face of annoyance, if they don't like the job they do here, it's understandable. It's hard work but it's not our clients' fault that they get the job and it's so expensive but it's not cheap either. Thank you

They quoted me a price to begin with and then the lady called the manager to confirm the payment and doubled the price but yet they don’t do a good job took my car to get clean for $40 and they didn’t clean the tires at all and they say “the $40 is to clean the hairs as well” and left ALOT of hairs in the vehicle now they wanna charge me $35 for hairs only and only the seats if I want to get the hairs out the carpet is more money and on top of that they wanted to charge me $25 dollar package to just wash the outside. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! They don’t stick to their price and are always changing their price. On top of that they say that is my first time being there even though I take my cars once a week to get them wash and that my vehicles are not “Register” in their system. Tf y’all never asked any questions about registering my vehicle and then they just opened my door and tried to tell me that this truck has “Too much Dog hair” well I just washed it last week and the week prior to that and I keep my seats covered.

The workers are not clear on how the car wash works and when I wanted the $25 package the lady only quoted me for the $30 or $35 dollar package and these are mainly for wheels. I’m not used to driving a car through the wash MYSELF and the lady just pointed in no general direction and had me driving the wrong way. The guy waiting at the entrance of the wash was holding his hand up in a manner that said “What are you doing??” Don’t make it seem like I don’t have common sense when y’all are backwards as hell for the way you operate! They did a sorry job of cleaning the inside of my truck AND left a wet towel in my seat that I had to use to finish wiping foot prints off my console and dirt off the seats. They didn’t even attempt to get into the third row and I still have pet hair on the inside. My truck had been in the country for the past few days and had a lot of dirt inside and outside. They did not thoroughly clean the inside or the back area…I got home and noticed and had to complete the job. Not worth the $30 and will go elsewhere in the future if I need a good cleaning on the inside of my vehicle. Low quality service at a low quality location.

I have a fur baby that sheds. I took my car up there yesterday. I went inside because I thought I had to for a detail. I told the young lady I needed the seat service because I have a lot of dog hair in my car. She agreed that was the best service for what I needed and told me to go pay a yound lady in the back. I drove to the back and told the young lady "I need the seat service detail because I have a lot of dog hair in my car." She said okay and charged my card $59.99 and took my.phone number. I left my car to go get food and 30 minutes later, I get a call saying I have a lot of dog hair in my car and that I need to pay an extra $20 if I want my car detailed. YES, THERE'S A LOT OF DOG HAIR THAT'S WHY I MENTIONED IT TO TWO DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES BEFORE PAYING! Plus, the lady who took my card could see into the car, as I had my windows down. Very bad customer service to call someone who's been waiting for half an hour and request more money. The price should have been final when I paid. If someone mentions they have dog hair, look before you accept payment. Simple. I got a partial refund because I refused to pay the extra $20 on principle. I will get my car detailed elsewhere.

I just left from up there. Left a tip and had to hurry back home. Got home, actually looked at my car and saw that the lady did a HORRIBLE job with my car. Didn’t clean the door or the door cup holders, didn’t clean the dashboard all the way, didn’t clean the middle cup holders, didn’t clean the door or part where you step to get into the car, didn’t clean radio area, didn’t make sure door handle on the outside was clean. Now they always do bad jobs and are not the best and are the closest to me but this was ridiculous! I’ll take that 7-10 minute drive to go to the other car wash on Jones that cleaned my car fully before I go back to this location. DO BETTER!!!

Very bad service, I paid 35 dollars and they only cleaned it with the machine, which costs a maximum of 14 dollars and they vacuumed the inside very badly. And they didn't clean the inside of the car, the table and doors were all dirty, I had to return to my house and I and my son cleaned the doors and everything was a very blatant theft. I won't return if I pay 10 dollars for the same service in the seven and With 3 dollars I really suck it 1 and last time. Dirty tires and rims.
