Hi Lexus I love my Lexus yes I do but this location not a good one .. whenever you buy a vehicle here make sure they had second keys for you .Im not happy that all. I was buy a Lexus 460 here 7 month ago and waiting for a second key , they said whenever the key in they call us to pickup but they never call me , in till I call in and ask them .They say I need to set appointment to come in for a second key . I'm not happy the way the services like that never again !

I said it once on Google and imma say it again on Yelp: get you a Lexus here if you're from Houston! I highly recommend working with Jay Brown.I test drove an RX350 and ended up purchasing an RX350h. Jay made the whole process very easy. He walked me through the major bullet points of the car and showed me some cool features. He was very concise and straight to the point, which I really appreciated. Not only that but he also gave me some good financing options and wasn't pushy or biased with anything.The dealership itself is very spacious and clean. I'm going to enjoy coming here for my maintenance for sure.

Up until dealing with the finance department and paying cash for the car, this was a pleasant transaction. It's the little things, like doing what you say you are going to do - then calling the customer a liar via email as JT Teodoro is prone to do, that will destroy any goodwill developed over the sales process. I would avoid Westside Lexus unless you want to be taken advantage of by the finance department.

For buying car aspect, Westside Lexus was a good experience. Compared to the location at clear lake/Webster area where a staff was profiling. We got the exact car we wanted by luck of course... being that it's hard to find a car right now. This place is huge/clean and the staff are pretty attentive.

I had a pleasant experience with the dealership. I called and made an appointment for the services that I needed. The service center is located towards the back of the dealership, and there were no signs in the front to indicate this (at least I didn't see any). I arrived on time and was quickly greeted at the service center. When you go inside, check in at the desk area and they will show you which advisor you are scheduled with. My advisor was very pleasant. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take, and it was actually about an hour less than what he had quoted. There is free Wi-Fi and a large waiting room area. There are also small table areas if you bring a laptop to work on. They offer complimentary coffee and soft drinks but no snacks. They will call out your name when your car is ready. You go up to to the checkout counter to get your keys. My car was parked under the covered parking area of the building after completion.

Thanks to the great parts department was able to get in and get out without an appointment to get a battery in keyfob changed.Took less than 5 minutes even with someone in front to me for service.Was able to park in front of the parts dept. that was on the far right side of the Lexus building .The manager even helped me to learn how to use the small key and remote in case my battery dies again so can start car without the key fob battery.SERVICE:Excellent PARTS Dept:Excellent RETURN: DEFINITELY

Tracy went above and beyond to get me the part I needed for my GX 460. He even spoke to the service department to help find me the exact part. Tracy not only researched the issue but he worked diligently to get me this part. I tried 3 other dealerships and no one could/would help me. Tracy deserves an award for excellent customer service. Thank you so much! I’ll continue being a customer of Westside Lexus. I recently purchased a preowned GX from them and will continue getting my parts from there as well. A+ customer service!
