I recently worked on a couple projects with Stephen at Westheimer Plumbing and had THE BEST experience! Stephen went the extra mile to come to my home to see the space I was renovating to measure and make sure what we were ordering were just perfect. He was super communicative with delivery updates and even dropped the products at my home when they arrived to the showroom so they could be ready for install on time. He was also able to help me solve an annoying drippy kitchen faucet that 3 plumbers could not figure out. He was able to figure out what parts I needed to finally fix the problem and he even recommended an excellent new plumber. This project was easy and fun and moving forward, I will only work with Westheimer Plumbing on all home projects!

Our family highly recommends Westheimer Plumbing & Hardware point-forward for your and our plumbing hardware plus needs! While not overly urgent but still pressing, I reached out to Westheimer Plumbing & Hardware today (found on the Toto Toilet preferred suppliers list) to field inquiries on purchasing a high-performance toilet for our parents. I pretty much knew what we needed so when I called, Stephen Waguespack with Westheimer Plumbing confirmed my toilet selection and evaluation answering all my questions with ease, attentiveness, technical expertise, and second-to-none customer service! At the time, I did not know Stephen was the top person at Westheimer Plumbing simply because of his skilled, congenial style! What a difference between prompt and engaging Stephen and two of his competitors who made me wait on the phone double digit minutes (granted it is Saturday). Quite frankly, Stephen and Westheimer Plumbing’s customer service, pricing (a minimum of 20% less than the same product sold at the major hardware chains I researched), technical knowledge and expeditiousness were the best I have received from any vendor of any type of business in a long time! I informed Stephen of our extreme satisfaction, and he humbly replied that it was Westheimer Plumbing’s “…goal to provide a personalized consultation and a superior customer service experience for exclusive products for all customer project(s) no matter how big or small.” We look forward to our toilet pick-up and installation as well as look forward to providing more business for Westheimer Plumbing!

I am a high-end home builder in Houston and Westheimer Plumbing & Hardware have been our supplier for a number of years. Since being in business for over 18 years, I have used various suppliers and WP&H are by far superior. Rafael delivers my orders and is always timely, accurate and extremely organized. First of all, this is the prettiest place in the world, store-wise. Their selection is unmatched and gorgeous. Brian is super helpful and goes above and beyond. I've told my designer and contractor they need to work with this business because the inventory is amazing and the customer service is fantastic. Kudos to Brian for always going the extra mile for me .

Just wanted to leave a kind review for the team at Westheimer Plumbing. We have worked with many fine higher end showrooms and have found Westheimer Plumbing to be top tier. The have the patience and know-how to get repair parts ordered as well as providing fixtures. What impresses us the most is the communication. When you work with their team you will never be left hanging. If it's a part shipping from Italy that takes 4 months they will update you with all the information you need and a true timeline so that client expectations can be managed. You can get plumbing parts and fixtures all over town but it's rare to find such outstanding customer service. I have been a customer of Westheimer Plumbing & Hardware for years. They have always been helpful and efficient. I called this week and spoke with Ashlee about a Classic-Brass Entrance set for which I needed a replacement part. She immediately contacted Classic-Brass and had the part on the way to me within 24 hours. Very helpful, competent and willing to assist. FIVE STARS!
